My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.

My new favorite Dunkin Donuts the place is the best and all the employees are very kind very friendly always respectable and the always have a smile on there faces to help you with what you need. The coffee actually taste the coffee. Not watered down coffee love it here the best 😊😊😊😊

This Dunkin is super clean and efficient I go to others near my home and order the same sandwich with no egg and I always get one or two slices of bacon for in between 5 or 6 dollars BUT THIS DUNKIN MADE IT A SANDWICH!!! Toasty and delicious and the young lady working drive-thru this afternoon was so nice and friendly I will be returning whenever I am in the area! Best Dunkin ever!!!

Constantly and when I say constantly, Im constantly getting regular iced coffee instead of cold brew. I can’t keep throwing money Away and wasting my time, so I will no longer be going location because this has been happening for a year now.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I placed an order through the app it gave me a confirmation, as it always does, showing the correct address and date/time. When I arrived, I waited 10 minutes and nobody so much as made eye contact with me. I eventually had to ask someone for assistance. She couldn't find the order so she came over and visually verified with me that my confirmation showed the correct address. She got the GM, or owner (not sure which), to come over. He didn't have it in his system so he, too, visually verified the order's address and date/time on my confirmation. At this point, he asked me to go into my transaction history, which i obliged. It showed that the last order was placed for the correct date and time but the address was incorrect. Ok, no problem, a glitch in the app, should be no big deal. The GM used that as proof that since I "didn't order here," he wasn't going to make my order for me. Now, that's ridiculous. It's the Dunkin app. You're a Dunkin franchise. It's a Dunkin order. But this GM suffers from a Napoleon complex so he felt it appropriate to tell me he wouldn't make my order, before walking away with no further help. Unbelievable behavior for a leader. Really shameful that a Dunkin can't stand by basic customer service. Over a damn latte and 2 donuts. I will never return to this location or any owned by this franchisee.

Normally I have no issues and I go to this Dunkin quite frequently. The customer service here has been very off lately though. One young, blonde girl who works the drive-thru window (I believe the employee name on the receipt was Hailey) won't even speak to you. Not a "Hey how are you?" Not a "Thank you have a nice day!" Not even to ask if you want a receipt she just throws it out! Just an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I get people have bad days but this has happened on my past 2 or 3 visits. Its very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I work in customer service so I get it but at least a smile would be nice!

I come to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning before work yesterday morning. I received somebody else’s order some wake up wraps so I stopped in this morning so I don’t know what happened and see if they could just replace my meal and was told that he doesn’t know if I really stopped there and got food and would not replace my order for me. I have never seen such a horrible customer service in my life highly recommend do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and believe it or not. It was the manager I spoke to.

Although today's experience wasn't as good as usual for this location, this is normally a great Dunkin Donuts to stop by. They are usually fast and experienced, especially during early morning hours, but I visited during the late morning this time, which perhaps was after a shift change. It wasn't busy when I arrived but became busy shortly after I put in my order; typical of these types of take out fast food/coffee shop restaurants. I don't want, to sound like an old crab, but today àn old cliche occurred; there was an older woman working her butt off by herself, whilè at least four younger employees were in the back chatting, texting, and basically not doing their job. The older lady, whom I presume to be the manager, or at least should be for her efforts, seamed frustrated and called the girls out and they quickly came to attendance at their positions. My coffee was great and the sandwich was decent so I really can't complain. This was a typical experience for a Dunkin... Overall, it was an average experience one would expect from a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Would have been rated 5 stars if I was impressed... I would stop by again as I have many times and would also recommend to my friends. Hey, if you want a quick sandwich, donut, and coffee, then stop on by. It is also literally (Literally!) across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps to get on and off the highway. You can't go wrong!
