Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Chepachet - 1018 Putnam Pike, USA

This used to be one of the only good Dunkin’s in the state. Now they’re on par with the rest of them. Disgusting food and burnt coffee. Stay away.

It's a Dunkin. However the staff are always polite, and I've only ever had good coffee and food from this location. Easy access, plenty of parking with a lovely woodsy feel. Nothing like your typical city, dunkin. Drive thru is quick efficient and I've never had a long wait. Good job to the staff.

This place is consistently bad. They don't toast their bagels, they just warm them up. Front counter is the absolute slowest of any dunkin I've been too. I can cut the high scoolers some slack, but Lina is completely incompetent. Incredibly slow and when she does work she doesn't know how to work efficiently. Hey Lina: If someone's waiting on a muffin, and someone else orders a latte that takes 5 minutes to make- grab the muffin that takes 2 seconds to bag first. When I order on the go and come to pick it up 15 minutes later, nothing is ready. Avoid this dunkin.

Everything was made nicely, staff was friendly, probably one of the best Dunkin’s around.

Good as far as dunkins go. Never had a wrong order, people are always very friendly and helpful. The drive through can get very busy at times but usually moves very fast. Easy access with tons of parking and room for the lines. Overall I have been very happy all around with this location.

It says open at 4 am... i stopped at 430.. lobby was still locked... aggrivating forthose that drive tractor trailers and cannot use drive through

Just came from here. Asked for large hot caramel latte with skim milk. NOT WHAT I GOT!! I got three-quarters of a cup of coffee flavored milk, which was practically cold. And lattes aren't cheap. Just tried to call to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I've got mediocre coffees from here before but this one takes the cake. I suggest the managers pay attention to staff.
