The place had a line out the door practically. One person taking orders. Several people filling the orders. This was the first Dunkin I have been to where they did not give a senior discount. Every little bit helps when you are a senior and are on social security. Even with the several employees filling orders, it took over 10 minutes after ordering just to get a cup of coffee. Not sure what the slowdown was. But this isn't the place to grab a quick cup of coffee. No drive thru either.
Employees need to be trained there going to make customers sick.
I was watching a female employee around 456PM making my sandwich then she stopped to give some wierd man change out of the register then she didn't change her gloves. The service there is garbage and the chicken had three pieces of bone plus there's always bums there always.

When I ordered a dark roast coffee at this Dunkin Donuts in Delray Beach in the late afternoon close to dinner time, I was told if I would not mind waiting they would make a fresh pot of dark roast. It was excellent and I was treated with excellent, caring customer service. This Dunkin Donut location was very clean and organized throughout.

Hate to say it I been warned by everyone at my job not to go hear found out the hard way as we work close to this one and all 490 employees say they don't go hear due to how bad it is. I have been 3 times to this DD and every time it was horrible the bagle they never cook it all the way soggy bagle not toasted donuts not fresh they are old every time . I asked for butter they never put it on every time I ordered it it's just plan even when asked did you out it on they lie say yes everytime . The coffee is water down and a ice coffee has no ice in it everytime . Worth the extra drive time to the one on Yamato they are great at that location this one don't go to. As the first time I went the manager was rude yelling at employees and then the customers and even kicked me out for no mask after I already ordered and was just waiting for it . This was when the mask order was lifted. Never going back and suggeste you don't use this location horrible food. Horrible service my company has 3 dealers around it and word is from all don't go hear. I see why I'm not going back.
Today had bad experience first time lady long brown hair brown eyes! Fist time I see her here assume is new! Asked her do you have 453 I saw her placing large cup on the counters she said yes and place it so I read number and took it she proceed to patronize me and rude did this is not yours! I responded is my number so rude again she asked are you Wenda I responde yes and said you are rude and she said in sarcastic mode Have a nice day! They need to do a better training no one is like her there and I buy a coffee almost every day! Rude rude lady!
