My husband ordered 6 strawberry frosted donuts and a medium coffee on 11/24/23 at 8:56 am. The employee put 6 donuts in a bag, needless to say, all of the frosting came off because the donuts were all thrown in the bag together. The kids were upset, when I called the store they informed me they were out of small boxes. They told me I could bring back the donuts left for replacement. First off I not going to leave back out of the house the day after Thanksgiving to return maybe the 3 donuts that are left. The Employee knew they didn't have any small boxes and should have used a larger box to avoid this situation in the first place. I will not be returning!
Worst Dunkin’ ever employes are plain lazy and rude. You walk up to the register they don’t even ask what you need they stand there until you speak and they look at you as if ur stupid. And anything you ask them is a burden. This location is by far the worst coffee is cold and you order donuts and throw them all in a bag and when you ask for them to put them in nicely they give you attitude. Get ready to walk in here and get attitude and poor service.
If I could give a lower rating I would. The staff never seem to know the menu or provide good customer service. PLEASE attend another location. Spend your money else where.
Very bad, buy 40 dollars in the trash, this was in bad condition! And they didn’t give me a drink! I was attended by a black-haired lady with a red cashier! I would have liked to return this purchase but it is far from home the children were already tired of walking in the car! But take note if you want to consume something in this place.
I was there last night the staff was nice and my food (bacon) looked good but was unsure if I wanted 2 eat it after seeing the gnats. I was really bothered to see the garbage by the doughnuts in the front by the register, (hopefully they was getting ready 2 throw them away) There was so many Gnats all over the doughnuts that was still on the trays, it was terrible. I informed the young lady that was working there. I was hoping she would say ok thanks, we are tossing them out; but she didn't. She just said ok. Now I dont think I will never buy doughnuts from any place that the doughnuts are not covered. I won't return to this Dunkin.
There's 6 crew members in an empty store and still had to wait 5 minutes for 1 of them to take my order and another ten minutes for a cup of old bitter coffee not even fresh.
I attempted to use my point rewards to get a drink, had the girl scan it and it didn't take any money off my order. The cashier nor the manager knew how to fix it and they said we fixed it. She used my loyalty free one. So in other words I spent 700 points and a freebie for 1 coffee. I should get my points back. I've tried to call and the mngr is only there certain hrs and I'm working.
This location has a bad set up (bad parking bad drive thru set up) but great staff and its faster than most.
I made an online order and it didnât come out right and I really wanted another one so Iâm thankful Lavonia was able to fix my order! It really made my day!
