Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Pinellas Park - 7315 US Hwy 19 N, USA

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I should have saw the first red flag when I first walked in. I came in to place an order-no greeting no anything, just a look like I wasn't supposed to be there. When I asked for a price, the girl said to me rudely, "you can see the prices right there." I then proceeded to attempt to order and she tells me she won't be able to help me until I pay (mind you she has handed coffee and other items to "others" before me without them paying first. So I ended up telling her that I feel it's discriminating behavior and to just cancel my order. As I was pulling out I saw someone running behind my car trying to take my tag number. This is what let me further know how this store handles minority customers. So I returned and asked what the problem was and what reason was it to take my tag number down only because I said I felt discriminated against. The employees then proceeded to begin snickering and whispering with the other Caucasian customers and employees which just added insult to injury. I'm reading the reviews and I see that a lot of others have experienced this same issue. I wouldn't pay a dog to come into this store and spend money and I advise other minority customers to not do so as well. I have also sent a copy of the recording to corporate, and will be contacting the franchise owner as well as social media so everyone can see how this store operates.

So this Dunkin was very lackluster. The staff seemed irritated and impatient. While I understand the nature of fast food, I have eaten at other establishments in this vein, and there were staff with great dispositions. The donuts were stale, and it was only 8:30 AM. The coffee was great and I have no complaints there. Just two stars for irritated staff and stale donuts. ~The Taurian Chef

I ordered a dozen donuts, the manager ask me to pay in advanced. I did and said "they're not all the same price". I proceeded to point to the donuts I wanted, they were all a different price, she refunded my money I had paid and the new balance was 21$. Why does it have so complicated to have to pay in advance? Why were the plain glazed wet. It was my first time to Duncan.

Finally I found a Dunkin that made my coffee just like I ordered it. I love Dunkin but some of the locations don't always get my order right. They also have a pleasant morning and lunch crew. I was very pleased today after coming to this location now 9 times now. I come here when I have a doctor's appointment on this side of town. As always I recommend this Dunkin for sure.

Just before 10am the employee in drive through, was extremely rude. No greeting or thank you. Just closed the window after handing me my food. Terrible customer service. After reading the reviews i noticed i wasnt the only customer to receive this behavior. So no high hopes for Dunkin Donuts to address this any time soon. For myself i can only say, i will never visit this location again.

Review written 03/14/2022. I visited this Dunkin Donuts 🍩 location on Tuesday 03/08/2022 for the first time! I ordered a large (32oz.) Iced Signature Cocoa Mocha Latte. My beverage was prepared just like I ordered, prepared with perfection. Caleb was the employee that placed my order, Destini prepared my beverage, she ensured it was made correctly, by asking Caleb to confirm the ingredients. Both Caleb and Destini were detailed, professional and both had a good sense of humor. A Great set of employees. Highly Recommend. ☕

This location is an absolute disgrace! The employees are extremely rude!!! Lady at The window older lady looks like she smokes 10 packs a day had a nasty attitude! She didnt get my order right and all I ordered was 4 glazed donuts and they had 0 customers so I don't understand why my order was wrong? So when I asked her about it she got nasty with me and started coming for my child in the car! Saying all kinds of crazy stuff...she needs help and to be fired! You don't act unprofessional just because a customer is questioning why you didn't get a order right!
