Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Glendale - Food Court, 1151 Galleria Way, USA

Hi I visited Dunkin on Glendale,CA on Saturday on afternoon on 1/13/2024. I ordered thru mobile order, and picked up my half dozen. DISRESPECTUL & RUDE MANAGER. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST for your sanity. I approached the female employee who wore glasses, possibly hispanic or not with attitude and being rude who totally ignored me at first time when I called her. So I asked again and she finally responded, and I just asked for a bag for my donuts. Even though she heard me this time , she was on her stuff making her own stuff. I was only asking for a bag, and seems like she did not know what to prioritize her task at all. grabbing a bag does not take long so I approached other guy asking, then she turned back and told me, "WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU A BAG. WAIT!" I was surprised to hear that because giving a bag does not take even a sec I never saw any worker with that disrespect to a customer. Glendale spot was place where I would go very often for my donut but not sure if I will ever go back again cuz of her. It was so horrible store experience.

Great coffee. Subpar donuts. Terrible and slow service. They are in my opinion, disorganized and poorly managed. Long ago, Dunkins was a great donut shop. They left California and returned years later. And they reinvented themselves including providing kiosks through which food us ordered. Robotization has robbed them of that long ago cozy and intimate feel. And whatever reason, their new business model has taken a toll on the flavor and quality of their donuts. When I asked for a buttermilk donut I was told they no longer make these but I was told the sour cream donut tastes “just like” a buttermilk donut. I conceded and bought a sour cream donut and contrary to what I was told, buttermilk and sour cream do not taste remotely the same.

I love this place. It's always clean, unlike other places. Staff is always friendly and polite. Donuts are always fresh. I always try to buy it in Glendale Galleria even though I live in West Hollywood and there is some Dunkin closer....The only one problem they have it is a long line, but for me it is not a problem to wait a little if I know that it is worth it🙂

Very rude manager started yelling at us. There is not enough workers and the service was not good. Poor workers getting yelled at by the manager. And the manger herself came up and started yelling at us over a drink and was very disrespectful. Never coming to this Dunkin again.

Team needs to be retrained. The only good thing about this shop are the donuts. Everything else is not great. I got way too much cream cheese on my bagel and I got burnt holes too. I also ordered a hot chocolate and instead of saying their hot chocolate machine is not working they decided to dump chocolate powder and added hot water with whip cream on top. Ugh.

The staff here are great. It is a very busy location, and I've witness customers getting upset at the staff (I am not sure why given that one can see how many people are in-front of them when ordering). I made a mistake with my order, and the female staff went beyond to correct it. In the end the order could not be canceled, but she re-did the order to include items that I could eat.

This is probably the most unorganized, dirty dunkin I’ve been to. Lines are long, workers are slow and not well trained. The credit card machine, cash register is filthy, napkin is not placed properly inside the napkin holder but just placed on top of it. Maybe it should be better not to see how they work. Extremely slow. In the busy mornings, i will just stick to starbucks-lot more efficient, quick and organized.

Very nice staff, especially the manager. However the donuts are often dry. There is NEVER enough staff working the registers. You can't be successful in a mall this size and not be able to accommodate the customers in a fast and efficient manner. In my opinion, this is a very bad location for Dunkin Donuts.
