Dunkin' - Featured Reviews (715)
After ignoring the place for years while passing by, and reading some reviews, I decided to try them on a Sunday morning at 7. Here are my impressions: The coffee's not bad. It's kind of nice to have a very early morning option (open 6 am on weekends, and 5 am (!) on weekdays), but if you don't want to overload on sugar the pickings are slim. The apple fritter I had was pretty awful, so it went into the bin. The croissant, which I got as a second choice after, was nicely warmed up, but kind of mushy instead of flaky. Maybe I'll try a bagel or English muffin next, as one final attempt of redemption, before I continue ignoring the place again.
My overall impression is: "as expected," cheap ingredients, cheap sugar "glazing" smothering the pastries, not delighted... (While diabetes continues to be an epidemic!)
An appreciated touch was the pay-by-phone system not trying to shame me into adding a tip of some "suggested" 20% or so, as is usual at many other over-the-counter-service places. (There is a tip jar where you can put in a bill or spare change if you feel like it...)
It is good. The donuts aren’t days old, they’re fresh all day. The coffee is… you’ve probably had it. The staff are polite. You won’t respect yourself when you leave but… that’s just how it is, right? I buy two old fashioned donuts, one for me and one for my lady friend. Hers never quite makes it home. One star removed!
The donuts are small and prices are high . Hours open are convenient with plenty of parking
i bike from pleasanton to this store regularly. nothing but my favorite donut brand from my east-coast habit, which we really don't have any other choices in the east bay. i used to run into some cases with messed up orders, but my focus was on the brand not the store so i kept quiet, just enjoying my coffee & donut. one thing was happening recently in this store really blew my desire to go to this store away. unfortunately, intolerant behavior from the store staff and the owner crushed my faith in this brand. Initially they messed up my order, then they rudely replied to my inquiry about the order. the worst thing is even the owner's response was "don't care". it's ok 4 me to say goodbye 2 this brand. whatever i need to alter my lifetime habit for donuts away from its sugar-rich donuts to something more healthy. thank ur rudeness to push myself away from this brand.
Kinda loud and they took a while to understand my fairly simple order, then still required some cajoling to get it right. The food and drink was fine. Probably won’t go back though.
Fair variety of donuts, including Apple Fritters. Donuts are good but pricey at $1.!9, each. Apple Fritters are, more. Had a low fat, vanilla latte. It was good.
Service was great, coffee was okay, store front was clean.
Good place to take a quick coffee near walnut creek downton and next to iron horse trail. The staff is amazing here. They have a new menu also now which includes good snack options and quick bites. Lots of parking space is available.
Great tasting coffee. Tried for the first after hearing amazing feedback from my work buddies. This location is big and checks all boxes for a downtown coffee place. Staff were super polite and friendly. Unlike typical Peetâs or Starbucks location,
This location for Peteâs coffee has been here for many years and has been a go to spot for me and my husband. Is consistently good? The place is clean in the staff is friendly. Today we got to cappuccinos. Our order was done in a timely matter and
My favorite studio EVER. Love the owners Chelsea and Paul and every single one of the trainers there. I have never had a bad class in the past 6 years and I love both lagree and climb classes. Such an effective work-out that itâs worth it for me to
Iâm addicted to this place! The classes are so fun and great for any level or just any mood youâre in. The staff is beyond helpful and the facility is just gorgeous. Truly the best.
Congratulations on Re-opening Day this past Saturday! My first time thanks to Nicole & Aaron for the invite. Loved that we got the "last bottle" of Sonoma Valley red blend - it was smooth. The music was awesome but the atmosphere was really fun, i
Picked up some assorted chocolates, truffles, and waffles for a NYE party here and everything we tried was fantastic. The various chocolates were delectable and definitely worth every dollar. The presentation and packaging as well was lovely. The gir
