This has got to be the cleanest, well put together Dunkin I have ever been to. Especially for being a 24 hr drive through. Staff is beyond friendly, and they decorated for Easter! Bathroom was super clean also! Tons of options to choose from for coffee, fun drinks, and food.

Friendly and efficient crew, the nice thing about them being open 24/7 is breakfast at 3am is an option on the way to work. I recommend the vegetarian options for any aspiring vegans or veggiesaurus everywhere. The avocado toast, English muffins and a large cold brew with extra cold foam and sweet cream is the way to go!

I've come through this Dunkin almost daily for the last two years. I get the same thing every single time and my order has only ever been messed up ONE time and they were very kind and quick to fix it. Staff is always so positive and helpful. And everything I order is always on spot.

I love my Erwin Dunkin! The people are what make this location the best and I cannot wait for Apple Festival this upcoming weekend. The scents of pumpkin spice and maple sugar bacon help to usher in Autumn and make this place feel like home! I highly recommend the maple sugar bacon croissant sandwich and the pumpkin muffins.

Worst drink I’ve had at any Dunkin. Tasted like pure milk. I asked for an espresso shot and was told to get back in line to pay for that. Over $7 for a drink that was awful. Not only did they make a gross drink, the workers refused to replace it and asked me to pay more money to make it palatable. When I complained they never responded. Won’t be back. Update: Corporate did finally respond to my complaint and acknowledged the situation. Will try it again sometime and see how it goes then.

Tried to pull in here at 2:45am on 12/4 in my semi truck. Obviously can’t fit through their drive through lane in a semi so I tried to just walk through. Nobody came across the speaker. Walked to the pickup window and both the workers stared at me and just walked away. Before any of this I tried entering through the lobby where they once again saw me and just looked the other way. No signs saying “drive through only” and the workers made no effort to help convey that to me. On top of it all I even called TWICE before arriving to see if they were even open and nobody answered. I live in Erwin and my family and I patronize this location often but not anymore after the way I was treated this morning. 2:45am on 12/4. Were the workers too high to recognize I was a real person or are they actually just so pathetic that they would shun a truck driver simply trying to get a cup is coffee?

I love love love my local Dunkin! Erwin has the best crew of people who really care and make you feel like family. They actually came together to send flowers and a card when I was in the hospital early September. Drinks are always so good and food is great! Love their pesto grilled cheese and their bacon croissant sandwiches (add chicken for extra protein).

Always consistently good and not as crazy expensive as some other chains. I run on Dunkin and am enjoying doing so. So.....
