Great experience at this location. The gentleman who helped us, John, took the care to point out possibly allergens in regards to ordering donuts after two items where modified to remove dairy. Food and drinks were delicious.
The lines can often run long, but they do a great job keeping it moving. Wait times are never any more than 5-10 minutes at most. Food is average Dunkin food. Coffee is always the best. Service is usually very good and the interior is always clean/well maintained. Remember when a dozen donuts were $4.99? $5.99? Not anymore. $14.99 plus tax for 12 donuts! Gone are the good days you aren't blowing a twenty on donuts.
I met a forever friend here and love a certain sitting arrangement with comfortable chairs and the ability to plug in my phone or laptop. The problem is the drinks. The ingredients are mostly artificial. A tasty cheese sandwich is made here with sour dough bread. The donuts are always good! The employee's are patient with my questions and always kind.
Gotta say, the breakfast sandwich had little to no flavor and the donuts were just YUK! I tried to order 2 different iced coffee flavors and they were both sold out ! This was 8:30 this morning.🤦🏻♀️ I wish the drive up hadn’t been so busy because then I wouldn’t have had to go inside , it was nasty!🤢
There are some workers that are nice there but most are rude. The Lattes 1 out of 10 times taste ok. The donuts are good. The never have the umbrellas out to sit outside. The lobby tables and seats are always dirty. The bathroom is dirty half the time too.
Great place to have food, coffee and just relax. Most of the time I had the lobby all to myself. Love Dunkin'. 😋
It’s shocking how aggressively rude the staff is at this location. If there is a problem with the order, they are visibly angry at you the customer for their mistake. It’s crazy how staff is aloud to act this wildly inappropriate towards paying customers.
Ordered a double espresso AND a medium iced coffee.. received a medium iced coffee and a black coffee with two espressos. Order should have been under $10 ended up over $15. Not happy
