Just wanted to take the time to write a positive review and give feedback to an employee at this location. This employee works the register and drive thru and every time I interact with her she is always smiling, always polite, and always attentive. I told this employee in person how much I enjoy seeing her smile so she knows who she is. Let’s normalize telling employees they are doing a good job instead of focusing on what they’re doing wrong!

Always on point here! There's a rare occurrence where your order isn't correct, but they are more than happy to correct it! Best location in the area in my opinion.

Usually don’t have an issue with this Duncan’s been coming here for a long time today. The person at the window just seemed out of it. She didn’t have a clue what was going on tried giving me the wrong change. Thank God I was looking at her the whole time, because she seemed off, after returning the money back to her, she called over for help and then asked me to read her my order back because she didn’t know what I got. I told her I got an iced coffee she had me the iced coffee. I also had a sandwich that was not done . Just definitely all over the place today not happy.

One of the things I wish dunkins would bring back is the real ham to put in their croissants it was the best sandwich ever made now they have those pre-made ones I think they nasty I will need them I tried them and I won't eat them

The red velvet donuts with cream cheese frosting are terrible. They should stop making them!!!! The donut is tasteless followed by a terrible thick frosting that doesn’t even taste like cream cheese!!!! Stop making these, a terrible waste of money.

Every time I go here the coffee taste old, burnt and gross. I get a simple order medium or large iced caramel with oat milk. Tossed mine out after the second sip today, all set with that location lol

I stop through 3 days a week and my food is always hot and fresh and my coffee is perfect or close to it. The employees have always been very pleasant to deal with also. For all those reasons it is a busy spot in the morning and the drive through can be a bit slow, but still worth it every time. Also - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - if someone could pass up to DD corporate a request to develop a cup that doesn't leak everywhere all over my car's interior. Every time they change cups it gets worse. The latest paper cups are truly awful and force us to pick between having no coffee or having a disgusting mess in our car. Naturally, like a true addict I have chosen to destroy my car, which was fine with my last vehicle which was 13 years old. But I just bought a new car and while I've already made an uneasy peace with myself to just let it go and ruin the car, I really don't want to.
