Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Racine - 6026 Washington Ave, USA

One of the employee decided it was smart idea to talk about me right in front of me to another employee. I work 3rd shift so when I get off I’m not very talkative. Two different times they intentionally left the caramel out of ice coffee (the guy was staring at me as I tried it the second time since I was suspicious after the first.) when I came in later that day after trying my coffee again (I drink my coffee in the afternoon since I work 3rd shift) all the employees kept staring, laughing, and talking in a different language. Quite honestly, even if Dunkin’s is a franchise, they’re giving Dunkin’ Donuts a terrible name. I’ve found another one close to my job and so far, it’s been a better experience for sure. I was a regular for a long time at the old one but now I drive out of my route home after work to go to the better one. I’m just now looking at the other reviews and I'm not the only one it seems. Legitimately unacceptable.

I used DT. They had to remake my drink hot instead of cold, but were very kind about it. Vanilla latte tasted like a mix verses more fresh made. Everyone raves about Dunkin coffe, just not that impressed for the price.

This Dunkin location was efficient, kind, and considerate! I appreciate all the kind workers that are working on a holiday. My sister and I rolled up on Thanksgiving and were greeted with a smile, and a “Happy Thanksgiving.” It’s not fun to have to work on a holiday but the workers are making the most out of it. Thank you for all the hard work you do to keep this Dunkin running smoothly everyday!

Customer service is awful! Slow service & had seven people behind the counter working. After waiting in line inside for almost 10 minutes, I tried to place my order and she says “one second” and never came back. I left and will not go there again. I should’ve have left when other people behind me were walking out. * Don’t deserve any stars, but wouldn’t let me post without it.

Went in before work and planned extra time to get there but it took forever to get my order. They need a general manager to step up their game here. They only scheduled two guys working for a Monday morning with one being brand new and not knowing how to make the drinks which means the other guy can only make the drinks and he is the only one who can take the orders through the drive thru. They need to schedule better. I was able to get the donuts I wanted but they were stale. After placing my order inside and getting the donuts I waited another 10 minutes for my drink which I never got because I had to get to work and did not want to wait around another 10 min before I got it. Went back later after work to talk to a manager but they didn't have one on staff at that moment and they had nobody to refund the coffee drink either which makes no sense to have nobody on staff for that whole time being able to do that cuz I went back 6 hours later. It was still the same workers or worker.

Been choosing to drive an extra 5 min to a better Dunkin after having a few bad experiences but decided to try this location again. I have been steering clear FOR A REASON. These employees are just absolutely rude. I don’t need conversation or any interaction past a hello, I get it, I’ve WORKED there. It gets busy, the machines don’t work half the time, the cleanup is atrocious, lines get long. It’s the people man. They are just rude and cold, don’t care if they give you the wrong food, the coffee was sticky? It’s not just because they’re having a bad day, it’s every day. This place sucks.

Went through drive through got some munchkins, ice cream, and a large iced coffee! They forgot my staw, had to run inside to get one!!!

Great staff. Very friendly & helpful. Nick seems to be really leading the team when I make daily evening coffee run! I appreciate his awesome attitude & positivity!
