Immediately upon arriving the young girl in the drive thru was rude. Ordered specific donut holes and they just threw in whatever they wanted, ordered bagel and it was hard as a rock. Iced coffee was just cream and no coffee. The young lady was just so rude. If you don't want to work there then just leave. Whoever is running this store needs to hire better people or manage it better.
Went to drive through and got a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted and I Ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Extra bacon on the side and something else. That was the order behind me,Then I went inside told him. They gave me the wrong one. Then they go and try to give me the wrong one again.finally got mine. How hard is it? customer's order right not that damn hard, they were Rude. Didnt apologize. I will never go there again even though it's the closest Dunkin to me. And I still gotta drive a 1/2 hour just to get to that Dunkin'.
Quick easy location just off I 75 heading north. Stop by for a coffee and donut. Restroom were clean and service was good. This location had my coconut donut. Made my morning.
According to the staff, they don't make their doughnuts in store. That being said, the apple fritter had apple filling in it and was pretty good. They sadly didn't have Crullers. The bacon and hashbrowns were tasty and the egg bites were bland but in an adorable doughnut shape.
This location used to be good and it's gone down hill fast just like your Dunkin down the road. Customer service is non existent. Young lady today was immediately rude and had an attitude. Om top of that after leaving i noticed that order was wrong and the bagel was hard as a rock, probably days old bagel. Couldn't even bite through it. This place is just falling apart. Very ignorant and incompetent staff. Update: seems to be improving with new workers
Nice, clean Dunkin location just off I-75. The drive-through lane is tight around the building such that, if you’re driving a large car, you’ll probably have to do a 2- or 3-point turn to get back in the lane for the window. Our coffee tasted fresh and hot. Perfect road trip stop if you’re riding along I-75. Always nice to stop in Gainesville. Go Gators!
Incompetent and gossipy management. Tips are messed with. Employees overworked and underpaid. Managers play favorites and repeat private employee matters to other employees. AC in kitchen was broken for TWO YEARS. (Unacceptable in FL.) Nothing is ever done by upper management. Always out of product because managers can't place a truck order. Not worth giving your money. There are better Dunkins in town.
