This is the BEST Dunkin' in Lakeland, hands down. The employees and manager provide OUTSTANDING service! I usually order the cafe con leche sweet (6 sugars) and a blueberry muffin, my go-to breakfast! Always delicious and perfect. The employees that handle the busy drive thru are quick, efficient and always friendly! This location definitely has the WOW factor! Excellent job everyone and keep up the excellent service!

I go to this drive thru daily or sometimes I go inside to order. Tonight, was different I pull thru the driveway around the building and I get to the menu to order and a gentleman immediately asked me, a Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher ? I immediately said, WOW you know me well , with ice water please. I would like to give Kudos to James at the drive thru window tonight for EXCELLENT Customer Service! Where else do you go where an employee treats you very well and remembers you?!? I give him 10 stars on a job well done !! What an Awesome employee!!!

Mobile order was ready on arrival. Food at correct temp.. This is a store eithin a store. They have drive up window but I decided to go in.

Loved my first experience- got a Matcha Latte- iced and the lady had put caramel in mine because if her suggestion. Ohhh so good! My husband went to pick up breakfast today and they forgot my 2 single shot espresso and put bacon, not sausage on my sandwich order. I dont like bacon 🙃 so I wasn't very happy about that. But I enjoyed it without the bacon but come on.. 😞

They need to clean their oven or microwave. Whenever I order the mini bagels they have a weird taste which I think comes from that...

Coffee is cold and when asked and paid for an xtra shot of espresso it tastes like foamed milk not like coffee. Also bagel bites were still cold. Do not recommend, I get it that out was at 5am but this is not the first time and I went again because I figured just a bad day but no! Get your coffee and breakfast somewhere else!

I actually went to the drive-thru I was going to pick up some donuts and iced coffee. Approaching the window I asked for a specific donut the young man said they were out so then I asked for another donut and the young man said that they were out so after the third request that they were out and it wasn't an odd time of the day it was probably about 4:00 in the afternoon. I simply said tell me what you do have let's try it that way when he named off the six donuts that they had I said never mind and proceeded to go. This is Dunkin' Donuts fresh donuts made daily but when you go to purchase a donut they don't have it. The young man was very cordial and pleasant but the company needs to step it up a bit.

THIS PLACE IS CHEAPER THAN OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATIONS!! idk why but I always come here in the dead of night or early early morning, always enjoy the trip have only gotten a wrong drink once not a big deal it was made by a new guy it was just sweeter than I usually take it. The young black girl in the morning Is who I usually deal with and I absolutely love her, she's very energetic, considerate, and helpful and I enjoy seeing her when I do!! One of the best locations I've been to.
