I am not a paying customer I was actually an employee and I wanted to write this review to simply show even the employees have bad experiences I was a very hard working employee and the manager would allow her relatives talk to the non related employees very disrespectfully they would ask questions such as “do you listen” like we weren’t smart and they would proudly talk in there language about the employees I was there for over 2 months but worked for dunking over a year they have a terrible crew and there store is always filled with bugs and nobody every wants to clean I loved the job but it’s the people who make the work environment toxic I’ve never seen a crew argue with customers instead of apologize and fix the situations fajaina the manager is big on this one she’ll say “I took your order so I know what you wanted” if this paying customer says you did something wrong just apologize and fix it she claims she wants “amazing” customer service but doesn’t lead by example it was not the greatest experience sadly
Do not use the kiosk. If you order from the kiosk inside, then they will not pick your donuts right away. You will get placed into the queue with the people in the outside pick up line. Today I ordered donuts inside via the kiosk and I had to watch five people get their donuts before me that ordered after me and they did not use the kiosk. Just order from the person. They have a sign instructing you to order from the kiosk but it might as well say, “Order at own risk & this will take 5x longer”.
Only ordered a glazed donut today. The blueberry/pomegranate drink wasn't available. Donut was fresh. Not too much glaze.

Coffee isn't consistently made the same so taste your coffee drink before you leave the counter or drove through. Language barrier as well at times.
Ordered on the app for pickup. Went thru drive-thru and was told that were out of what I ordered. I asked them to cancel but was told I could cancel on the app ... but turns out you cannot. Even though they could not fill my order, they still went ahead and charged my credit card. Had to go in to the store and wait 20 min to get a refund!
