Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Lawrence - 521 W 23rd St, USA

I love that even though the line for drive-thru was out to the street, my order was correct and the line moved quickly. Breakfast sandwich was definitely better than the one I've tried at Starbucks. Coffee always yummy. My only suggestion would be to put the cream cheese on the side for the bagel. When I opened mine, I had to try to spread the cream cheese on the one side it came off of. As you can see, I still wasn't very successful. Great deals on the app!

Good coffee and donuts. Generally cheaper than starbucks with around the same quality, a bit better depending on the day. Menu selections are good and this specific location typically never runs out of any menu items.

Honestly, it has the potential to be 5 stars... But the coffee is always so inconsistent here. I always get a caramel macchiato; sometimes it's nice and dark/not too sweet. Other times it looks like caramel milk. I usually don't say anything but one time they actually forgot the coffee altogether, imagine a 32 oz cup of milk? I of course said something, they laughed it off and corrected it. I understand mistakes but coffee just ain't the same... Without coffee lol I imagine there is a standard process to make each drink so I don't understand how it varies so much. Donuts and bagels are always pretty good though.

Something about this location is just different. The people who run it must take a lot of pride in their work because the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, the coffee is always spot on, and no matter how long the line is, it always moves super fast! Definitely go to the location on 23rd street if you're a Dunkin regular like me.

Very nice people! It seems like every time i go though, something or everything isn’t right. If im paying for something i’d just like to get what i ordered so i can enjoy it.

When they are busy they always get the line of cars through quickly. Always friendly. I feel bad that they recognize my face. But appreciate their service and product.

Horrible drive through. Whoever is saying the best is lying. I could not hear a thing...open up the lobby. Why is it closed at 12. No reason except laziness. I am stuck in this slow drive through because you wanna close the lobby. Drove out of my way for this torture!

Asked for an iced matcha. They took the iced part too literal. 5 sips and my drink was gone. The location on 6th street is by far superior even though they're owned by the same owner?
