Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Pharr - 807 S Jackson Rd Suite A, USA

Me and 5 others came close to closing time after remembering we had some coupons for free coffee. A few of us were a little shy when it came to ordering, but the teenagers behind the counter were nice nonetheless. It was our first time at Dunkin, and we appreciated it. We all asked for recommendations. He was nice and gave each of us different coffees, some iced and some hot. He suggested I get an iced tea with brown sugar, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, 10/10, especially if you get the dark curly haired teenager cashier who's friendly 👍.

Workers look annoyed every time ive gone, not rude but no one is smiling just over all depressing environment. Seating is dirty but I dont stay there anyways, Do know I went to get a hot chocolate Monday and they said they were out of "chocolate powder". What do you mean ? You are running a coffee shop and are out of hot chocolate? Embarrassing. Do not recommend

I come almost every other day. It’s been three weeks and they never have utensils. They never have donuts and now they didn’t have hashbrowns literally almost every day. Why are you even open if y’all have no donuts?? Telling me to wait 4 hours for donuts at 2pm UMMM GET IT TOGETHER

Asked for a drink they told me they discontinued it called my closest dunkin and they said they still have it but were out of one of the ingredients and offered to make it another way as they have for the past week. Employees are just lazy.

This place is run by amateurs. On 4 different times in 6 months they haven’t had either: cups, lids or kolaches. And this is early in the morning. How can you be a franchise and not have lids for coffee? When you sell coffee? Amateurs.

Disappointed that this location doesn’t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT even when I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bit excessive. Usually the service is great but lately it’s going downhill; about 15 minutes wait time for each order. I stopped buying donuts there because almost every time there are flies around the donuts.

Don’t waste your time going here. Worst customer service. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes. I am a frequent customer and I have been disappointed at least 5 times. Management is terrible and they are constantly sold out on most of their products. Why doesn’t the manager order food accordingly… Not only did they call me to tell me they had no english muffins. They said they would be replacing it with a croissant and STILL sent me a BURNT Inedible english muffin. Why call to tell me you don’t have them and send out something this terrible. It’s ridiculous. Mind you I am at work receiving it through Doordash. So in hopes to get a hold of the manager but I call the store many times and No one answers..

Been craving a chocolate frosted cake donut for some time now, but no Dunkin Donut where I live. Just so happens that today, I was in the area so had to stop by to satisfy my craving. Super long line of about 10 cars. Parked to go in, but doors were closed. Had to wait in line. Nobody likes to wait that long! HOWEVER, once I bit into that donut I'd been craving, the wait was totally worth it!!
