Danny I believe his name his. Was super rude to the 3 girls working. The sticker machine kept getting jammed and all he did was berate the work there.i managed a dunkins for 3 years I tried to help her and he turned around stating she knows how to fix it. And he'll run his store as he sees fit. When clearly she did not know how or why. I tried having her clean the roller that's why white pens come with the rolls. Need to learn how to treat employees and guests with respect. Will not be returning to this dunkins
Coffee was trash, burnt and bitter.
So....I didn't want to write a negative review because I really like a handful of people that work there, which is why this review isn't a 1 star. This place is like 90/10, 90% of the time you'll get your order wrong or really messed up (burnt, drowned in butter, etc) the 10% is before 2 pm which is where the people I do like make your food correctly. They dont seem to read or pay attention after 2 pm, usually it's the young crew that works it. 471 Amherst st burnt sandwiches, hot chocolate instead of coffee (yes this happened 3 times in a row) absolutely drowned in butter when you get buttered croissants (some may like this I guess!)

Idk if this is a training thing or they are just overwhelmed but this is very consistent. Like I said I really enjoy some of the coworkers here but majority of them just don't care, which is sad because this is the start of most people's day :(.
Every single time I go to this Dunkin I get something in my order wrong. Whether it’s my food not being hot, my tea having coffee in it which is really concerning because I’m allergic to coffee, or just getting drinks completely made wrong… I’ve worked at dunkin before and this is not how you do things.
Food was good, person at the window was nice - but whoever made this coffee needs to be put out of their misery. This is the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever tasted, whoever made this coffee made it with a lot of hate in their heart. I’m not sure who did them so wrong but Jesus Christ almighty am I praying for them.
The colored hair lady was so rude to me today as I was just asking for my thing to be re made . My food was burnt, my coffee wasn’t made right. The new “manger” was beyond rude and slammed my food down on the counter and had a grim look on her face the rest of the time I was there. Workers told counter customers to "I wish you would just really go to another dunks there's 11 other ones on this road" after 3 customers were standing around for about 20mins.
