No problem. Just interesting when I asked for assorted donuts, I received two kinds in a dozen donuts. Guess assorted is too vague. But the guy handing me my order was above and beyond nice and helpful. Made my morning.

I visited my neighborhood Dunkin' today, and I was wowed by Trinity's excellent customer service. She went above and beyond for me. I was not feeling great, and she helped me with the app, and offered to walk with me to my car and carry my purchase! Karo and Alex were very sweet too. Thank you, Trinity, Karo, and Alex for making my visit very special!

So I was working a 11 hr shift at work and I wasn’t able to eat anything before my shift so I was hungry so I asked my coworker to pick up my order from dunkin on the way to work. I placed this order 2 hrs before it was supposed to be picked up. Well when my coworker went to pick it up she was ignored by the staff for what she says 10 minutes. When they finally help her she asked for my order. They say that they ran out of the munchkins I ordered. Totally fine you run out it’s replaceable then they say they already turned their ovens off for cleaning. While I understand if it’s slow businesses like to get closing duties done early. But it was an hour before close and I placed my order 2 hrs prior. And they didn’t decide to call and tell me they ran out or turned the oven off they waited for us to pick it up to tell us. So my coworker asked if they could cancel it. The worker told me to cancel it through the app. Well the app didn’t give me the option. I am frustrated because there was a lack of quality customer service communication and a refund. This could of been avoided if there was a phone call. My coworker wouldn’t have had to drive out of her way for no reason I wouldn’t have to waste my money and I wouldn’t be as frustrated as I am with this establishment. This is my go to dunkin store and I am really frustrated with this experience.

Employees here are mad to take your order, then mess it up on purpose. This location is more convenient for me, but NEVER AGAIN. Too many wasted chances. Rude poor customer service wrong coffee.

This morning was my first time ever eating Dunkin Donuts. I received some gift cards and decided to give you guys a try. Overall, I was very impressed!! I usually get refreshers from Starbucks but I wanted to try yours. I will say, you definitely give Starbucks a run for their money!!! ;) I also ordered the chicken breakfast sandwich. It was delicious!!! I have no complaints whatsoever. Even the customer service was superb! I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Staff is not rude, but not quite friendly. Coffee is terrible, severely watered down. We made a u turn and asked (nicely) for them to remake it, which they did. It was worse. Iced coffee with 5 melting ice cubes floating in a cup of water milk that has a small clump of sugar in the bottom. We asked for a refund, they asked for our receipt (they never gave us one). Ugh. Wasted a bunch of time.

If you visit this location, please avoid to use the bathroom, they never knock the door or do something before, they simply use the key to open it and then catch you using the toilet, this terrible thing happened to my mom today, when I told to one of the employees about it, he only said that the only thing to do is coming back to talk with a manager, and she’s only available during the mornings. Obviously the employee with the key suddenly vanished. So, I prefer to leave a review, it last forever and at this way they can do it better next time.
