The employees here are amazing. Something as simple as stirring the coffee so the sugar is not sitting at the bottom of the cup, keeps me happy and coming back. Always smiles on the employees facing.

Lady at the cashier was very rude. I don’t like positing bad reviews but it seems like this isn’t a on off problem based on previous reviews. We all have bad days but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers who may also be having a bad day.

The lady at the register was completely rude to my granddaughter who is 8 years old. I’m disgusted at the customer service I received. Please retrain this employee to have better customer service etiquette especially around children.

At times mistakes are great !!!! I asked for a hot vanilla signature latte and when I took off the lid, I saw a beautifully crafted cup of coffee ❤ I was given a Carmel latte. Needless to say, it was divine to start my day. I don't frequent this area often but I do stop by and it's always terrific. The cashier is so welcoming, all the employees seem to work so well with each other keeping the flow of orders going without issue.

First off I just want to say I have never ever complained about a coffee in my life. I ordered a medium coffee with two cream and this is what I get. When I asked them to make another one a new Indian lady who BARELY spoke english told me I was wrong and that I could not get another coffee. This is legitimately all cream. This place deserves 0 stars and I will not be returning.

A great Dunkin Coffee was perfect so was the sandwiches donuts where fresh and soft...One of the best dunkins I have been to in a while I go to union school not far from this dunkin and have been going to them twice a week and it's always perfect never have to exchange My coffee or anything and the staff is so friendly and polite great people great service great product as I said one of the best dunkins I have been to

This is probably the worst store in New Jersey! If you take a look at the number of negative comments it is overwhelming, but someone is writing very “delighted” reviews right after the negative once. I live in this town for 30 years and this space has to be occupied by the business that serves people and not causing frustration, disappointment or being bullied and verbally abused!!! When you come to this store – the employees are always rude! They do everything as a favor to you. I had seen people were called police on when asked for the employee to stop chatting with the co-worker and give back credit card. Somehow, the town didn’t’ do anything yet, neither Dunkin corp. If you have similar negative experience, please take a moment and drop e-mail about your negative experience to corp or township. Very sad to have business like this in West Caldwell! store in New Jersey!
