A bit disappointing. The flavoured ice coffee was basically just water. Another customer had the same issue and was getting their drink refunded.
The hot cappuccino was good. The munchkins were just so so.
I guess every location is different as I've had better quality elsewhere.
Fantastic Experience 👏😁 Right from when we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly energetic employee who was super helpful filling us in on the new seasonal items. We also got a muffin that was very tasty. I think the employees name was Brian and he and the rest of the team nailed it tonight! 10/10 🎉
Ordered through the drive thru. Service was extremely slow. The cashier was extremely rude and played on her phone while we were waiting for our order. When I asked for my receipt the cashier refused to give me one. The staff in the store seemed more interested in their conversations than helping customers. After waiting waiting 10 minutes for the food we received it and it was either cold or burnt. My bagel was both cold and burnt while my fiancé’s sandwich was cold. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and normally go to the Washington st location. This location has ruined Dunkin’ for me.
Poor service. Order was put in prior to arrival. Once I arrived I noticed people coming in placing orders and getting their drinks 1st. Then staff was rude when I questioned where my 1 preordered drink was. I've noticed over time when this location gets busy they struggle. They need training from the Washington Street location. They seem to still run smooth when busy unlike Arsenal location.
The ladies in the morning are amazing!!! They always know my order the moment I begin to order and go above and beyond to make sure my morning coffee is EXACTLY the way I like it!!
One of the better dunkins I've been to. Way better than the nasty dunkin on 11 by Ft Drum. Taylor was awesome! She was so nice. The dunkin on coffee and the one on 11 they just ignore you and they seem to hate life
Enjoyed the Irish Cream Iced Coffee. Pleasant atmosphere, clean restroom. Friendly server. Regular medium Irish Cream iced coffee comes with 3 creams and 3 sugars, I reduced to 2 and still found it very sweet. They honor competitor coupons. They offer afternoon coffee special from 2 to 4 pm. Drive through service available.
Ordered on the app and everything was fresh and ready at the scheduled time. Super busy location, easy to get in and out of the large parking lot. Has limited space but still had room to turn our camper around. Close to I81 and lots of other amenities. Workers were polite and really hustled.
Stopped in on our way home from ADKS. Called ahead with our order and everything was ready when we got there. We were greeted by a very friendly soul at the window. Coffee and chia tea were very good. The breakfast sandwich on a fresh made bagels wer
Loved their avocado toast and bagel ?m! Donât expect much from their coffees! They are pretty basic and tastes similar to Dunkin. I just found the coffee extra sweet and bland.
We went to Zero Latency VR looking for an activity to celebrate my son's birthday with his cousins, so our age group was 6 y - 13 y. Paul did an amazing job assisting the younger ones and ensuring everyone had a fun time and remained safe (as it was
My family and I had a fantastic time rafting! There were higher water levels than usual, but nonetheless we had fun. They closed off the second half of the river, since it was too dangerous, but we were accommodated with another ride of the first hal
Headed to NYC from Toronto and stopped for some gas and when suddenly the mist cleared and like a beacon in the night I spotted a Jamaican flag and Celest Jamaica Cuisine appeared on the Horizon. The food is fantastic and the portions monstrous.
