I hate drive through so I always get out of my car. Very polite and courtesy service as well as quicker than the drive through.

Absolutely rude worker started at Screaming at me for asking about an over charge. Which was they're mistake.

Refresher too sweet and coffee absolutely disgusting. Munchkins were good.

This was always my go to Dunkin until today. And never again. My food is forgotten every time with mobile orders. No big deal. But when I mentioned it today, not a word just eyes rolled and went to make. Had to pull forward. Then they bring out and it’s only half my order. When I said I still have more, the other girl came out the door with it. She basically threw it at me. As I pulled off, yes I was livid as this point, she screamed to never come back. Her name is Kayla and she is the assistant manager. Needs to be fired. If that’s how she treats customers, then how does she treat her employees? It’s no wonder I see constant turnover here.

This place is always busy but they have a crew that's on point. They will have people in there that are being trained and still push 100% to get you in and out. They understand that you are in a hurry for work and stuff. But plzz have patience and say thank you 😊

I was asked to pay $6.45 for a medium plain latte with an extra shot of expresso with milk. They must be nuts to charge this. Dont go anymore..

My first choice for coffee in the morning, or anytime for that matter. The staff gives the restaurant a very welcoming feel and they all have a wonderful sense of humor. I personally drive far out of my way almost every morning due to the great service and coffee.
