Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Crystal River - 631 NE 5th St, USA

The last time I was at a Dunkin' Donuts, all they sold was donuts. So after talking to my cousin, I decided to try Duncan Donuts again. They sell a lot of other things now. They have food such as breakfast, and other sandwiches. You can get the breakfast food all day. So I decided to order something from the breakfast side of the menu which is posted up behind the workers. I ordered a croissant sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage. I also ordered hash browns and a latte of which I cannot remember the name. The food was good. The hash browns were good but sparse. I counted them just to make sure I wasn't imagining it because it looked like the paper container was half full. There were only six hash browns which didn't make me extremely happy, but what was there was very good. The sandwich and latte were fine. The store is nicely decorated with a comfortable atmosphere. It has a Wi-Fi. When I finished I went to my car to leave and the drive-thru cars had me blocked in. When they did move forward, no one made any effort to let me out. So eventually I just backed up towards their cars about six times until I was turned around and then I was able to leave. Had me a little bit miffed. I would have let the person out. The overall experience was good, the food was good, and the young man who helped me was very nice. I would definitely recommend this fast food store, just be careful where you park.

Had not eaten at a DD in a while. Got a bacon egg & cheese croissant, and said yes when they asked if I wanted hash browns. The sandwich was not hot, and it seemed stale. The hash browns? I got 6 (see picture), and they were super old. Apparently had been under the heat lamp so long I could not bite through one. Sandwich - definitely not worth it. Hash browns - total waste of money.

This is by far the best Dunkin I have been to!! It don’t matter what time I go there everyone there is always very friendly and happy. Even in the morning when they have a line all the way to the road the line moves quickly.. I absolutely love this Dunkin!! Amazing job here to every employee there!!!

Out of tomatoes, don’t have menu items as advertised. Then this dry bread hard overcooked fake eggs and charred bacon seriously Dunkin’?

Great service but found a bone in my chicken sandwich witch needs to be brought up cause someone could really get hurt

Tea is usually fresh, but the wraps are always cold in the middle. They will pull you forward no matter what if you order food, even if it's only for 10 seconds.

I Love Dunkin . I went inside to pick out donuts for my husband because it was late afternoon. Dunnellon a lady worker sitting on a break seen me waiting no one came she didn't tell anyone I was waiting. I placed my order off the app inside that is the only way they knew I was there. Customer service means nothing anymore

Our Beverly Hills Dunkin’ is no longer open late so we went to Crystal River. We did have to use the app and place a mobile order because the computer was updating but the young lady who took our order and made our food was so pleasant and helpful. She made our visit awesome! We will definitely come back again.
