Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Green Cove Springs - 610 N Orange Ave, USA

The girl at the drive through, Tamika, is just about as rude and as unprofessional as it gets. This is my 4th encounter with her at this Dunkin and she is the same every time. Pull up to the window, she says “what you want?” Tell her your order and she doesn’t say anything. Doesn’t say pull up to the window or anything. Then she says “you gone’ pull up?” Like sorry- I didn’t even know if you’d taken my order yet because you didn’t acknowledge it. Pull up to the window - ask how she’s doing and she will again, ignore you completely and borderline roll her eyes at you. Other than at the drive thru she didn’t say one word the entire time we were there and this is the 4th time with the exact same interaction from her. Tonight, our order was wrong and we were the only ones in line and they had one more customer inside. After the drive thru my husband went in to get the correct coffees and the other girls up front were very nice! The other customer in the store said to my husband that her order was wrong too and she knows not to go through the drive through because the workers taking drive thru orders are rude and never get the other correct. So at this point customers are saying things to other customers about her attitude and service. Other than that, the coffee is usually pretty good but don’t expect your donuts or donut holes to be fresh even if you go in the morning when they should be fresh.

2 months lights still not working either someone doesn't know what they are doing or they dont want to pay to fix dark not safe outside cups leak or the lids since gotten holiday cups in when go to drink has happened last two times NO LIGHTS ON IN MORNING BUT THEY ARE OPEN THEY LOOK CLOSED BUT ARE OOEN GO TO DRIVE UP THEY WILL ANSWER Last two weeks at 6am all the lights out ( they open at 5am) outside like they closed I saw someone inside but no cars so I drove off this week lights still out outside but I saw employee open the side door asked them they said yes open but lights not working when I got to drive up I asked them if owner knew they said yes they told them and they just keep saying they will fix but they been out for 2 weeks very poor business practices do they just not care ? I can't believe it's taking two and half weeks to get the lights fixed it's dark all outside they are open in the morning even though it looks like they are not

This store has an awesome morning crew! I really appreciate their effort and good attitude. It is usually early and busy when I go in, and they work hard.

Coffee was great, hot and flavored correctly. Service was quick and friendly. The chicken/bacon croissant was flaky with a generous amount of bacon.

Good place to get some doughnuts and coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food is great.

I’ve stopped here several times, and each time they’ve forgot to give me something. Today the lead person gave my drink to someone else and I said oh I think that’s mine because I listened for the # they called. And she was like “it doesn’t matter, it’s the same drink.” I get that but it was my # and how the hell am I supposed to know what your other customer ordered? Give me a break. Mistakes happen, I get that, but the attitude of the lead person there this morning is very poor. She was more focused on staring at me with daggers in her eyes, making comments under her breath, and telling me I’m wrong that she forgot to give us the 50 count munchkins we ordered. We spent $50 bucks there. Not going back.

This location is great, fast and friendly service. They just need to put up traffic barriers at the drive thru to keep the traffic following the proper directions. Cars entering the lot off of Bayard St are supposed to drive around the building to enter the drive thru lane but they don't and it causes a back up into Bayard and issues with those cars that have entered the drive thru lane from the HWY 17 entrance. If there were those tall skinny permanent traffic cones stopping cars coming from Bayard from entering the line it would be great!!

They are getting to remember me. Buy doughnuts weekly for praise in the park worship group , 18 mixed and they are for our guests and worshipers.
