Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Mt Arlington - 180 Howard Blvd #1, USA

I order for mobile pick up. The service is quick and the order is always correct. Their food and hot drinks can be described as lukewarm at best. At first I thought it was my error. Perhaps the order was sitting too long before I was able to get to it. However, the last two times I've placed my order in the parking lot and gone into the store almost immediately. I've watched them package my items up and held the bag folded shut despite the ambient temperature outside to be warm. To no avail, when I get to my car in the parking lot the items are barely warm. Are they pre-cooking and reheating the food items? Are they using low power? I've gone multiple times because it's convenient, but I can't figure it out. Wish they would improve.

Complements to the chef. Kali makes a killer iced coffee and sandwich and Sahil can also take credit for that. Favorite Dunkin in NJ. 10/10 would recommend

been coming here for years, sometimes every day. within the last few months the coffee and food has gotten horrible. not sure what happened but will be trying a different location now

i ordered an everything bagel but got a plain bagel, extremely rude staff, waited 30+ mins for a small order even though there were almost no other customers and there was a large amount of staff. almost my whole order was wrong and staff needs better training

If i could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I left my wallet there and they had it for 2 days. These guys are the best!!! Not only did they put it in the safe... NOTHING WAS MISSING. NOT ONE PENNY WAS MISSING FROM MY WALLET!!! THIS SPEAKS HIGHLY OF THEIR CHARACTER AND WORK ETHICS. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THIS CREW!!!! BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES AS WELL.😍😍😍😍😍

The manager there was the sweetest and nicest person working on thanksgiving! Jackie was her name and she made my morning! The rest of the crew was also very nice and was pleased to make that my new spot to get coffee!

Just don’t order from here. PERIOD ! I did a mobile order and still waited 20 minutes for a wrap. What’s the point of mobile ordering if i still have to wait because they don’t pay attention to orders ? While I was standing there I decided to look at reviews and surprise surprise every review was the exact same experience I faced. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ever! If your in a hurry do not go there! Even if your order is online! I have been there several times before I wrote this review. It's the closest Dunkin to my job I will never go back. The manager in my opinion has to be the problem. There are enough people working there I think it's just not organized properly. The wait is crazy everytime I have went there and the wrong orders pushed out are ridiculous. I sat in there and drank my coffee and observed the nonsense that goes on in there. If I was the owner I would consider hiring a whole new crew. Or hand picking a few to keep. I will never go back to this Dunkin if they were all ran this way they would be out of business.
