Dunkin' - Coffee shop in New Smyrna Beach - 2365 FL-44, USA

This Dunkin' Donuts is always very fast with their orders. I put my pickup order in 5 minutes or less before I get to this location, and every single time my order is waiting for me hot and ready to go. The parking lot is never jammed even when theyre busy. The people inside know what you're talking about and they're always friendly. It's very clean inside. I've never been in the bathroom in this one, but if it's any inclination of how the rest of the restaurant is, then the bathroom is also very clean. This is my go-to for Dunkin' Donuts in Central Florida.

The drive-thru is the slowest drive-thru I have ever been in. They do not have a fast bone in anyone working there. I usually sit in the drive-thru for at least 40 minutes. Other Dunking donuts are never like this one in Edgewater. I'm not sure the problem, but drive-thru is a long wait at this one. That being said, the food is always good.

I always drive an extra 10 minutes to specially go to this location. I live a lot closer to the Edgewater location, but there seems to be problems going on over there. The staff at this Dunkin are awesome! My coffee is always made perfect and it makes my day. I never had a rude encounter here. I really hope corporate gives them some type of positive recognition. 🥰

Ordered ahead on Thanksgiving morning. When we arrived they didn't have the donuts available that we ordered. The manager gave us a refund. The girl at the front counter however was one of the rudest individuals we have come across. Customer facing positions are likely not the best position for her, it even seemed that some of her coworkers were embarrassed by her comments and approach. We like Dunkin for quick breakfast but may need to reconsider their hiring approach.

I'm usually a at home coffee maker. Got up early to "spoil" myself. 1st - the line was about 15 cars long. I get it. Early morning coffee.. 2nd - I order throu the drive throu. And the lady had attitude. (Hallie)I got 2 coffees and a 6 pk of donuts. Not to hard right? She hands me "my" hot coffee. About a minute later takes it back saying that's the wrong coffee. Hallie says it's for the one behind. I guess idk. Here's your latte. Hands me my iced coffee. I asked for whipped cream. She takes it back and says. Oh maybe I didn't hear you. Maybe I did and didn't put it on there. I get home try my coffee, it's nothing but iced sugar. Look at my order and it's not even what I ordered. I get it there busy. But, come on. I just paid 30 dollars for 2 coffees and a 6 pk of donuts. And my order is wrong. I got an attitude from Hallie the whole time. I will definitely be making my coffee at home. Not how I like to start my days. A smile and a positive attitude is not that hard. Or get out of the service industry.

While in NSB, I found this Dunkin Donuts and the car immediately went to the drive thru window. I ordered the new fall Pumpkin spice latte. I needed something for the long drive back to Daytona. My latte was wonderful and full of pumpkin spice. Also had some pumpkin munchkins. Perfect pumpkin taste. Try all of the new fall Pumpkin treats . In my regular coffee I add 3 shots of pumpkin with the cream. You can have 5 shots but I wanted to taste more coffee. Have fun

"Didn't want to ruin my nails." Quite literally had my change (coins) launched at me.... 0 out 100 consistently terrible service. Hope they go out of business soon and turns into a Starbucks (they actually let go of employees like these; don't even know if you can call them individuals) or Chick-fil-A! Pro tip to Dunkin' one bad branch ruins the tree.
