Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Inverness - 715 W Main St, USA

Breakfast sandwich was made fresh. Coffee was made as ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. Friendly staff. We decided to dine in since we were on the road to a showing. Table was clean. The experience was great overall.

Steve, manager went well above and beyond. My large coffee to go order was missing the creamer and he drove over to the hospital to get it to our event at Citrus Memorial. We served coffee to over 50 nurses. Thanks.

I never been to a bad DD location. My wife and kids always enjoy it whenever we stop here for breakfast during a road trip or after a morning appointment. The croissants and hash browns are the best. The coffee and donuts aren't bad either.

Absolutely terrible experience this morning. I have a 1 year old, I order plain bagel minis for my daughter, they handed me everything, I told the girl it was suppose to be plain, she proceeded to roll her eyes and walk about as she grabbed the plain bagel minis. I don’t appreciate this store doing that to customers especially when it’s for my 1 year old! If it was my order messed up I wouldn’t have minded.. but for her to have such an attitude is absolutely ridiculous! I understand everyone has rough days but don’t take your attitude out on customers let alone let them see you roll your eyes and scoff at me because of it.

For a while we had been going to the Stone location however Main has really stepped it up with staff that are on point. Late night or early morning staff get my order correct, are friendly, and efficiently handle their queue. Way to go, you guys on making folks feel like they matter

I want to give a special shout out To Steve and Lynn at the Main Street location in Inverness ! I took 6 of my special needs residents out for drinks and donuts this morning and they all did fantastic. But one on my residents had a melt down as we were leaving and Steve and Lynn both were very patient with him and even helped get him out to our van. They took their time with us and even gave all 6 of my residents donuts after we got back to the van. Most people would roll their eyes and ignore those with special needs, but not Steve and Lynn! They even invited my guys to come back any time. They went above and beyond for my guys and I hope this review makes it to the right people because they deserve to be acknowledged for going above and beyond their job description!

WHY does this location put COFFEE in a CHAI??? I don't order a dirty chai. I order a plain chai. Disgusting. The drinks are also iust inconsistent in general. You're either going to get the best drink you've ever had, or undrinkable swamp water. The app also allows you to order things that they don't have available, which is super annoying. The drive thru setup is also stupid because you can't park to go inside for your order without queing in the drive thru to get to parking.

I normally love going to this Dunkin but unfortunately today I was in an accident where a young lady backed into me. While waiting on the sheriff department one of the young male employees kept coming out and getting in the middle of something that didn't involve him. He did this 3 times until I found myself having to go inside and ask his boss to keep him inside. He had informed me that it was just a scratch on both vehicles. The dispatcher informed us not to move, but of course the young male that I told what they said motioned for her to move forward that's exactly when I went inside. Come to find out after the deputy took care of everything, I got out to take pictures to find my front had been cracked and split and will have to be replaced. Not only was I upset about the accident, but about the way Dunkin allowed the young male to keep coming out there and getting in the middle of it!!! They know me by name but won't ever see me there again do to their actions of involving himself that didn't even involve him. He wasn't a manager or anything but a worker. Starbucks is a little further and I will be going there from now own. I say as an owner of a business that they should have told him to stay out of it without me having to go inside and ask them to get him!!!
