This location constantly fills the entire cup with ice. Even if you ask for light ice. I wouldn’t come here again you’re only getting half the coffee.
Today we were told they don’t sell half dozen or a dozen donuts, and we were only allowed to purchase 3 or 4 total. Have never experienced a donut limit/quota before. (No, not because they were out of a particular flavor, this was only allowed 3-4 total of any kind)
When bacon is black, that means it's burnt and probably shouldn't be put on a pancake wrap. Floors were slippery in the entryway somebody's going to get hurt there.
Coffee seems different than other Dunkin Donuts, and I order the same thing every time. Hopefully they'll get it right soon.
Alway a good moment for me each morning. I am recovering from throat cancer. I finished the chemo and radiation in July. Learning to eat again is a gift with taste buds still restoring themselves and stamina limited. To my great delight I discovered the wonderful JOY OF COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR AT DUNKIN. SHORTLY THERE AFTER I TRIED ENGLISH MUFFINS WITH EGG, HAM AND CHEESE. I CAN GET BOTH THESE TREATS DOWN AND CAN TRULY ENJOY SOME GOOD FOOD. THANK YOU DUNKIN ❤️
I had a good experience at this store. The counter person was friendly and she made sure to give me a drink worth my money. She seemed dissatisfied with the look and freshness of the coconut refresher I ordered and was honest enough to check the ingredients and offer another type of drink that was more satisfactory and didn't just give me something to rush me out the door. The store is clean and service is friendly and efficient.
Very poor customer service. I tried this place twice. The one employee who does everything acts like he doesn’t want to be there.

Baristas were attentive and the Fall Seasonal Latte was delicious. Worth the visit to see such a unique social spot in Alexandria. Will definitely bring friends and family by in the future.
Loved this spot! We got a cortado with oat milk and the salted caramel latte with whole. Both were delicious and were done quickly. The best choice we made was to order a beef saltena; which we never had before, and it came out warm with sweet dough
