Be forewarned, they do not, in fact, open at 4:30 even though the website says they do. I put in a mobile order. The gentleman made the mobile order and proceeded to leave the door locked until 5 o’clock. Two other people came With the understanding that it opens at 4:30. I got two iced coffees with melted ice. Super exciting.
The service was so POOR I would give zero stars if possible. I live 1/8 of a mile away but I always drive to a farther Dunks to get better service. This morning however, I had no choice. Once again...I encountered extremely bad service, I left without my food and no refund. When I asked for my money back they made me wait because they were looking through the trash for my receipt as I never got one. What makes this customer service situation worse is that it was early on a Sat. morning and the shop wasn't even busy. Waited 15 minutes to get 2 bagels and a wake up wrap. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told we ONLY have 2 ovens and there are people ahead of you. In fact nobody was ahead of me and nobody was cooking. The manager was just side chatting with another employee. When I said. "It's no wonder why this shop gets such bad reviews." The manager said: " I don't care!" I finally just gave up leaving money and food behind.
Counter person was attentive. Coffees were made right. Pancake wake-up rap was good and came with maple syrup.
This is for Southie Nail Bar. Not sure why Google changed it to say Dunkin.
Great nail work and very pleasant experience. Go see Meghan and Luna
Long line, gave me wrong food but that okay I ate it anyway and didn't make a fuss.
Just want to say these guys are great. Went out of their way to check the temp of the decaf coffee. And insisted on brewing a fresh batch . Great attitude. Needed it that day. Thank you.
Lucy, Derrell and the entire staff are the best. Friendly, pleasant and start the day off on the right foot each morning. Could not ask for better people
The workers are nasty. I just watch an employee cough openly over the sugar. He looked me dead in my face too. Didn't even attempt to cover his mouth
I can't guarantee your favorite pastry will be available, but you bet coffee is always there for everyone at all times of the day and night! Every few hundred feet DD won't let you down. Forever DD!
Navigating the circular trail, I found myself surrounded by the embracing arms of the woods, each step unveiling a new facet of the serene landscape. The trail meandered gently, leading me towards the heart of the forest where the centerpiece awaited
