I've stopped at this DD several times over the months as it's on my way. It's always been average at best, but this morning's experience prompted this review. First off, they didn't put sugar in my coffee, so the coffee didn't taste good. Second, it's free donut Wednesday, and they didn't include my free donut. Third, this was all done via the app, so how do you mess this up? Just do your job, if you don't like your job, quit. If you mess up stuff this simple, you are of no use to society. You should seek employment in the government, your ineptitude and lack of caring will be perfect for it.
I went to this place early morning to get some coffee and a croissant with cream cheese and cheese. The woman treated me so bad, I asked to put the cream cheese and cheese inside the bread, she threw the bread inside the bag and said I won't do that. She treated me extremely racist because of my accent and nationality. (Im Arab) I believe that the manager should pay more attention to who he hires, being treated like that after a long work trip at 6 am was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this place to anyone
Driving through I stopped to order two coffees. Guy told me no, you can only order one coffee per person because coffee is really bad for you. I left without ordering my coffee, (I am not going to order coffee just for myself and drink in front of others who wanted it too.). Was all in all a weird experience and I left confused and without coffee. I would advise to stop at another Dunkin’. They are everywhere.
If you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect. This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months. Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking. Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct. This one in Sturbridge nails it almost every time. Also, to the people or person making their donuts, they look worlds better than any of the spots close to me. They’re larger, they have a healthy amount of chocolate or toppings and are better period. The greater Boston area should take notice, because a truck stop Dunkin’ in Sturbridge is outdoing you.
This place can't make cappuccinos FOR THEIR LIVES... BruH... I got a cup of FOAM. ⅓ of the cup was actually coffee. LMFAO 😂 REALLY!? YOU CAN'T DO THIS ONE THING? (( YOU HAD 1 JOB )) - JUST 1 , LMFAO. This place is ridiculous. Don't get me started on these doctors hours of operation as well. I'm done y'all. I'm going home. 😂🤣💀⚰️🪦
They tend to be busy as a traveler spot but are constantly hustling. Great manager who keeps the crew having fun and getting it right.
Loved how the cashier removed the cash tips as I came up to pay. Way to make your customers feel like a criminal! Funny how you didn't do that when the white guys were there and you turned your back on them!
It’s in a gas station but it is clean and friendly. Coffee was awesome. Donuts fresh. Counter help was very friendly. Restrooms clean.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere at this super goovy craft brewery. It's also cool to sit in the brewery itself to enjoy beers and food. Lots of beers to choose from in a lot of styles: IPAs, DIPAs, lagers and a bunch of seasonal favorites. Sample
An excellent trail system of well marked hardened gravel roads and paths. Sturdy well built bridges and information kiosks add to the experience here. These trails are on the edges and through the middle of an old native graphite mine that was even
It's beyond amazing to have a place like Cracker Barrel near us. The food and service was beyond amazing. My mom and I went there for breakfast and it was as amazing as I remembered it being as perfect then as it was now!!!
I ordered the mushroom burger. It was huge but very very juicy. The fries were good. The food was yummy. The restaurant itself could use some updating and maybe spring cleaning when staff arenât busy (instead of sitting around talking like they wer
