Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Fall River - 540 Brayton Ave, USA

The staffs are awful, it’s pretty obvious they don’t want to be there or even serve customers — Staffs are very rude! Every time I go to grab my usual iced coffee the staff makes you wait while they're having a conversation among themselves. Most of the time they’re out of drinks & pastries.

I purchased a mobile order on Saturday but they ran out of the snackin bacon. The girl at the window refused to give me the money back and told me I had to get my money back on the app. I asked how and she proceeded to talk to me as if I'm an idiot and wouldn't do anything to help the situation. Now I have to go out of my way after the fact in order to get a refund!! People like this shouldn't work with the public and should get a different job.

I am like the commercial I literally run on Dunkin' s I was there last night through the drive-thru one of the employees was yelling at me from a parked car in the parking lot when she saw it was my turn to order she made my coffee wrong the night crew they're absolutely stink no customer service whatsoever they're either on their phones or they are in the parking lot getting high I ended up going to rodman Street Dunkin' donuts to get my coffee because I don't know what this girl did to mine besides make it wrong like usual I will never go to that one again

Almost every time I order they don’t have something that I ordered. It’s almost $8 for a box of 25 munchkins. I placed my mobile order and went to pick it up. Was told they didn’t have enough and it wasn’t even the kind I wanted. Then was told to come back tomorrow and get them. I don’t need 25 munchkins tomorrow, I needed them TODAY. The lady then said “oh sorry.” And that was it. So needless to say, I left without my munchkins and $8 taken off of my card for an item I didn’t receive. I will not be going to this location again. I’d rather go out of my way to a location I know is going to have what I order when I order it.

I visit this establishment at least once a day if not more. They are pretty quick with service. Very friendly.

This is the worst dunkin the wuz so rude make the orden wrong 3 time never go there again

I just went by Dunkin and a young girl gave me a look that could kill because I asked for a tray. The young man went get a tray and she proceeded to tell me they had no sugar or cream in the store. AND proceeded to tell me that I was holding up her line..i told her she was rude and she WALKED away from a paying customer. I don't want anyone fired..but she needs lessons on how to work with customers..

They have ruin my order three times three different times never go back
