Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Cornelius - 19921 Zion Ave C1, USA

Came in at 6:20 on a Wednesday & the cashier was sitting talking to her friend who does not work there and did not want to take our order because “they did not know the password to the computer to be able to take the order and the manager wasn’t there.” How are you gonna be open and not know the password to take orders. That’s crazy.

Two young boys were the only employees serving. My husband and I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and I had to keep asking for the 2nd drink. They made sporadic drinks for different orders. All of the customers in the store were frustrated. My coffee was not made correctly and they were playing the worst country music. Was not worth the time or money. They needed a supervisor present.

I love Dunkin. I truly do but today we went and saw so much food thrown in the trash. I am so confused as to why we do this knowing people are starving and hungry. I think the closing manager should take what is left over at the end of the day and feed the homeless. And not only at this Dunkin but at evey Dunkin and restaurants as well. This is the only reason I am giving this place a 3. This was hard to see knowing I was once homeless and hungry. We as a country need to do better.

Wonderful location, and the brewed coffee was amazing! I have not tried an actual coffee drink yet, but I love all the different options you can add to your brew without a million extra charges! Super delicious and will definitely be going back!!

Usually go with my daughter almost every Sunday like around 4 and I order the same caramel macchiato but today was bitter and disgusting plus the girl server was rude they need to pay attention to the costumers instead of the boyfriend.....today is the last time me and my daughter are going to your business......and kind of regret not asking for my money back!!!

Haven't been to a Dunkin in quiet some time. Went in to get a Hot Fudge Sundae, they did have it on the menu. The employee at counter said she wasn't sure if they had Hot Fudge, they are often out but then checked and said they did. I got a scoop of ice cream in a cup with a spoonful of thick brown clumpy sludge on top. They were also out of nuts and whipped cream. So really no sundae. Poor Experience all around.

The store is clean. The team is somewhat friendly. My orders have been prompt and made correctly.

Been a customer for years. This place had gone downhill for the past 10 years. All the coffee tastes the same. Burned. The overpriced breakfast sandwiches taste microwaved and not fresh @ all. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich with “fried eggs” cheese and bacon. I assumed the bread would be toasted. Nope. Stale & chewy. It was all bread, the sandwich was put together sloppy. Two tiny pieces of rubbery bacon with no flavor. Eggs were microwaved with gross sour cheese. Just an all around disappointment. I’m done with Dunkin’s
