Really gone downhill. Machines need cleaned and filters need changed more often. There are always a ton of grounds at the bottom of my iced drinks. Disgusting. Wait time is much longer, even if you order ahead. When you do order ahead, they will be never have any bakery items ready. You always have to wait in line and ask for the items you order, defying the purpose of ordering a head. Used to go daily. Now I switched to Starbucks, the prices are about the same now too unfortunately.
I'm not sure why they screw orders up so bad at this location. We keep making this mistake because it's so close to our home. Honestly its worth the drive to Niles. This location can't seem to get it together. The food is always good. The coffee is messed up I'd say 4 of 5 times
dude. i can’t even begin to explain how terrible my experience here was today. i ordered two drinks and ten munchkins and it took almost twenty minutes to get it all out. the two drinks were absolutely terrible. i ordered an iced matcha latte with french vanilla and there was no french vanilla in it at all. it tasted like leaves. i also ordered an ICED COFFEE and there was no ice in it???!! it was incredibly slow there and there were maybe 4 people in the lobby max. the person doing my order had to have been new. please don’t put people that act like that behind counters.
Breakfast sandwich had grit or dirt in it, It was so gross I threw it away. I will never eat from this Dunkin again. Stay way from this place!!!!
The young fellow that waited on me was very nice and well-mannered.... And their donuts were delicious I love their chocolate eclairs.
No one knew how to make the drinks, they ignored us at the counter for going on 10 minutes and then it was another 15 min wait just for a latte
Stopped by at this location and I had the best customer service from Sam! She was so nice to me and my little girl. She did an awesome job making our drinks! I loved my experience here the staff is amazing ♥️

I went to the new coaches burger bar and had an amazing meal and fantastic service. Maria waited on me and she was an amazing server. I had the bacon cheeseburger fries and the 10 boneless wings out of this world. I highly recommend it
