Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Okemos - 3450 Okemos Rd A, USA

The coffee roll was a size of a hockey puck and was NOT worth the price. Also, the young lady at the take out has a nasty attitude problem. I'm sorry, did I ruin your afternoon by placing an online order? Please note that this is not typical for this location. I've been a customer before they moved from the corner of Okemos and Jolly.

They discontinue items and leave them on their menu all the time. So when you pull up and order them off the menu the staff at the drive-thru gets mad about it and gives you a bunch of attitude like you are supposed to know those items aren't available even though they are on the menu. Then when I try to use rewards at the window, they act like they can't hear me ring up my card first and then say oops it's too late. There is a Biggby and a Starbucks another 1-2 hundred yards down the road. I would keep driving.

For awhile I thought this was the best Dunkin in the area. I've had some less than stellar food and service at the others. My last couple of times I've got the Salted Carmel Cold Brew and while they weren't made like the picture they advertise I could deal with it. I go there this morning, line wrapped around the building, which normally doesn't matter because this location seems to move quickly. Not today! Three employees just hanging outside on their phones and smoking cigarettes all the while continuously taking orders with the line barely moving. Order a salted caramel cold brew, it's disgusting, there's definitely cinnamon in there and NOT salted caramel. I even ask if it's the correct drink and they assure me it was. My ham and Swiss croissant was burnt to a crisp. Smh... If weren't for them being so slow and terrible customer service I would've got back in line to say something. Deeply disappointed in the quality of food, coffee, and service at this location. Seems all the Dunkins in town are not good anymore.

The lady that was working was so rude wouldn’t give a refund we placed our order online to have ready at a certain time and no call to tell us they didn’t have a dozen donuts if they called we would have went to another dunkin to get what we ordered online to have ready at a certain time. The lady was just bluntly rude kept saying we don’t have anymore of those kind what kind do you want and these donuts are for an event so that is why we need certain kind so asked for a refund and she said no you paid for 12 I need you to choose different ones. Never got a refund nor the dozen donuts I needed!.

Hello , Close to my house and located on Okemos Road. They have an egg and cheese sandwich on toast or a croissant, which is very delicious and is an ideal morning meal with coffee. It is inside a gas station, and they have free parking, and designated parking for people with disabilities.

Got a gas in Okemos Dunkin donuts and checked the receipt. For regular gas they charged me as for 95. I went inside the store and asked what was that. The supervisor tall, big, young man said that receipt showed 003 that means I got 95. I asked how it happened because I pushed 87 button. His answer was: "I am not saying you are lying but the receipt says you got a premium gas." He mentioned it happens sometimes m "You probably pushed 95 button with a hose". But I know exactly what button I pushed. There were no excuses. He just did not care. I left. Then I realized he got my receipt. I came back and asked my receipt and a phone number of his manager. He said he can call a manager and talk to him. He went to his office and talk to a manager behind the closed door. Then he came back and said:" Nothing we can do." One more time there were no excuses. I asked his manager phone number. He said he can't give it to me but he took my name and a phone number stating that a manager will call me next day. I asked if he can call after 3 pm because I'm a night shift nurse and have a few shifts in a row. He said:"No. Manager will be here from 9 am to 1 pm." I was surprised why he can't call after 3 pm. "You live a good life, I see." Of course, manager have never called. I just want to say :" Beware! How many times we are getting a gas in a hurry, never checking receipts, or charges? They know that some gas pumps are malfunctioning but they don't care. It's better to sell a premium gas and get more money." Check your receipt before you leave this gas station. Very bad experience.

I frequent this location as it is close to my job, and it usually is an ok experience. A few times though, especially today its been a miss. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with what people want, but today I was the only person in line and asked for an iced caramel latte with oat milk and 2 sweet n low, my usual order. At times they have forgotten to add I need oatmilk, so I’ve had to completely discard drinks at times. Today, they decided instead of making me the drink I wanted to slap my sticker over what was really an iced Caramel Coffee. Just very frustrating seriously and I didn’t drink this either. Wasting so much money here has been disappointing. Attached is a photo from after I took MY sticker off the drink.

Highly disappointed in todays visit. As seen on the receipt, my drink was to have whipped cream on it and that was clearly neglected. And there’s absolutely no excuse for this as the cashier charged me .30cents (first time ever - which is fine just unaware of this) for a pup cup OF literal WHIPPED CREAM yet still could not execute getting it on my drink. No long line or anything, just lack of paying attention.😐👎🏾
