Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Cortland - 927 Tompkins St, USA

Drive thru service was good. people were very pleasant. The only issue was it took a long time to get through.

I live not even 5 minutes away from this dunkin and I have to leave my house 30 minutes before ANYTHING just to sit in this line for no not 10 minutes 20MINUTES everyday! Every morning! Late to work EVERYDAY because I have to sit in this line for 20 minutes! Then to get coffee that tastes like it’s been sitting there to not cooked food . Make it make sense . I also work in food and this is just unacceptable

Coffee was great. Parking lot a little small and congested. Passing through thank you very much for the great cup of ☕️ coffee. 😊

Good and quick service. Like the food. The only drawback was they don't refill toilet rolls for days

I usually tolerate the lid on my coffee leaking like crazy because that’s expected at any Dunkin. But this morning there was about a teaspoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee, which I partially drank. And my bacon egg sandwich had loose bacon just placed inside the wrapper, out of the sandwich. There was not a line of customers, so no reason to rush.

It was the only place open for Thanksgiving. There was just 2 a head waiting for orders. Lots in the drive through. The staff got every coffee order wrong including mine. Mostly it was a matter of hot or ice coffee. Took time to get someones attention to fix it. But they did. Overall though I give them credit for working and correcting mistakes and appreciate them being open so much. :)

A good one with little seating arrangements. Good for a rest stop and grabbing refreshments. I like their coolattas with strawberry and vanilla bean. They should have restrooms more than one. It just have one so usually there is a line for restrooms. Over all is good. This Dunkin is visible from far while driving. And no other cafe around this spot. So this is good for a cup of coffee or doughnut on the go.
