Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Nashua - 42 Main St, USA

I want to give a big KUDOs to the morning crew at Dunkin' I was walking into work, the cup became so hot I couldn't hold it any longer and dropped it....I'm thinking there goes my day. I decided to call and explained what happened, I said I know this is a crazy question, but are you able to replace my coffee...person on the phone said sure, when will you be coming. They replaced it no problem, GREAT GREAT crew at this location. I'm a housing manager and things can be very very challenging. THEY MADE MY DAY. Please get my message to the crew at this location.

The SLOWEST drive through experience I’ve ever had with only 1 car in front of me. Then I get to the window and not a word from the employee either. Awful experience. Inside wasn’t busy either.

Ordered a medium ice 2 Carmel, 3 cream and this is what I got a medium ice coffee with a sticker that said 1 sugar, 3 cream wait it gets better. Under that sticker was another sticker that read medium latte skim milk which was 2 orders before mine and it wasn't made like any of the stickers who does that

2:00 in the afternoon on a Monday and the walk in service was closed so I walked to the drive thru and they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't in a vehicle. I offered a woman in a car to pay for her order if she got me a coffee and she did. I don't know who you were but I thank you again.

They're quick, friendly and efficient And they have the best munchkins! Some places only have regular, jelly and chocolate but they always have the other yummy ones and always hook mee up with a good mix 😁

Staff is excellent handling huge workloads - the environment is pedal to-the-metal and as a result less personable. All orders I've placed were perfect. However all app orders I placed weren't started until after I arrived.

Constantly mess up simple coffees. Then when ask to remake or have someone else make the coffee the manager calls you rude. Apparently it's rude to want your coffee made correctly. I'll tell you what though. I certainly become rude when you call me that because i ask for someone else to make my $5 coffee correctly. I reccomend the Dunks at the Shell in this area. You won't get a rude manager calling you things for asking to get your coffee remade but what does one expect from a young inexperienced manager.

this DDs is horrible!! ask for tea with a side of milk which i had to repeat 4 times. when i went to pick up my tea, i was given creamers. i said i asked for a side of milk and was given a nasty look as she walked away to get it. i guess they can treat customers any way they like. never had a good experience here and wouldnt have come today but the cafeteria at the hospital wasnt open yet.
