Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Hermitage - 3560 E State St, USA

I have been dissatisfied at this location for the past 2 days. Every weekend when I have to work I come and get the same thing. Iced coffee w/ butter pecan, cream, and sugar. Yesterday and today they tasted like burned original coffee with no flavor. I usually get there about 5:35-5:45am. Idk if this is due to product or staffing issues it needs to be addressed. I prefer this location then having to go to the on by the interstate since this location is closer to my place of employment. I shouldn't have to add a store bought creamer to my supposedly already flavored iced coffee. This location is getting as bad as the Grove city location by the college. I don't want to go to the Starbucks down the street if it can be avoided. If my next coffee from here taste like burnt coffee I'm going down the road to Starbucks. On the plus side, my hash browns were the only things that was properly made.

The 1st young lady started waiting on me and I heard her say "wait what just happened to this thing?" Referring to the register. Then she asked me what I wanted then repeated her comment about the register. Another girl came over and took a peek and they mulled it over and discussed it, then the 2nd girl said I'll just do her order on this register. She asked what I wanted so I order toasted white chocolate coffee hot. I assumed she rang it but I hadn't paid yet. As soon as I ordered she walked away as though she went to prepare my coffee order. Then another 3rd girl came to the register's and asked if I'd been helped and I replied "I'm not sure. She took my order and I think she's getting it. We both turned to the 2nd girl and she was then taking care of the drive thru window. Girl 3 and I looked at each other and shrugged. Then girl 3 looked on both registers and said she didn't see any orders for toasted white chocolate coffee hot so I ordered again with her and paid. I never saw girl 3 again and wondered who was making my coffee order. 7 or 8 minutes after I actually ordered with girl 3 I still have no coffee. I'm looking around like "did they forget, give it to someone at the drive thru? I don't know. Then girl 4 asked if I already ordered or if I was ready and I almost laughed but told her to ask the others because I really didn't know for sure about anything but paying. Then girl 4 picked up 3 cups one at a time to read what they were and said "if you ordered a toasted white chocolate here's one." I figured I best grab it and run while the gettin was good so I did. Unfortunately "the gettin" was the only thing that was good. The 1st sip wasn't too bad but after that it was so freakin sweet I couldn't gag it down. Like drinking syrup really. So I have a large toasted white chocolate coffe I waited over 15 minutes for and can't even drink it. The good news is the prices aren't bad and though not on their game all 4 girls were as sweet as my coffee and very nice. They just struggled with staying on task. So that's my experience. Take it for what you will. Not complaining. Not praising. Merely stating the facts. Thanks for reading.

Just waited 17 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us. I thought maybe they were short staffed but when we got to the window we saw 4 employees and 2 of them were holding brooms. They asked what we ordered once we got to the window, gave us 2 correct drinks and one wrong one. Never again. Oh, and the cappuccino and chai were barely warm.

Had a mobile order put in 20 minutes ahead of time, went to pick it up and didn’t see it anywhere. Had to wait behind a very long line to ask about the order, and once I gave the name they started making it after everyone else’s. What’s the point of the mobile order if you don’t make it until the customer arrives? No one acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help, I didn’t want to cut so I went back into the line and had to wait with 3 kids in the car. The entire time the staff was goofing off, and I think it was the manager who was pretending to throw punches at the employee’s faces while they messed around. Seems like other people are having issues with mobile orders as well, I really hope the real management steps in and gets this handled.

Service was good, but I ordered a peppermint latte, and it was awful. They forgot to put the peppermint in. It was the worst tasting drink. I didn't have time to go back in and complain. What a waste of time and money.

Got 6 donuts. stood there for 10 minutes then was told to use kiosk. No one was there but me so I said no .I got my donuts 8 dollars are you kidding me. Smaller than anyone selling donuts and they were STALE

The last few times i’ve gone here, i’ve never seen people move more slow in my life. it’s actually ridiculous. i’ve gone inside on a busy day and the workers are LITERALLY moving like sloths. I don’t mean to be this person but at this point it’s ridiculous.

Wonderful fast service .everyone was very fast and thorough..food was great
