Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Union City - 704 John F. Kennedy Blvd, USA

This is my home base Dunkin and recently they renovated it, it came out so nice although their old chairs were more comfortable haha. Went today to try the toasted white chocolate latte and it was good. Not as sweet as I thought it was going to be.

This is the absolute worst dunkin I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I ordered a hot nutty pumpkin coffee and two blueberry cake donuts and received a hot hazelnut coffee and two chocolate cake donuts. I wasn’t given a receipt either so there was no way of me even getting my money back for the two clearly wrong donuts. Get better employees!!

I went in to get some ice cream and was completely ignored by the whole staff working the 11/04/23 night shift. I asked every individual for help, yet no one took my order and just had me standing there for almost 5 minutes. TERRIBLE customer service.

It took 40. I repeat, 40 minutes to get 2 scoops of ice cream. Don’t come here at tonight. They only have 2 staff members and it’s overwhelming. One person managed Dunkin side line (4 people at time of entry), which is also the register for Baskinn Robbins. The Baskin side had only one person too and he managed all the online orders, people getting ice cream live, and pre-paid. No sense of management. They need another person. IF GOING AT NIGHT AFTER 8 PM, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

They put kiosk to order but then they ask you to replace ordered item with something else due to shortages. So why did you put those items to be available on the kiosk?!

This Dunkin does not follow the menu as advertised through their company. They’re cheap and won’t won’t provide with a full order. As I ordered the Tacos here not only did they hold back on ingredients but also rudely refused to provide me with my full order of 2 tacos. Their coffee was really watered down which helped me determine that they are cheap and steal from their customers. I would never come here with the kind of staff they have.

Been coming to this location all my life. I never review anything, if I have a bad experience I just take it on the chin and move on. But it’s a matter of principle at this point. Their coffee is WATERED DOWN. Doesn’t matter how you order it. Even with a shot of espresso, it tastes like coffee flavored water. This isn’t just a one-off experience, this isn’t just on Tuesdays. This is literally every single cup of coffee they have ever served here, has been poorly made. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with their machines, or if it’s the owner trying to be cheap, but I travel all over the state for work and have been to a multitude of different Dunkin Donuts and every other location brews their coffee properly. This location is a complete outlier in this regard. I can deal with how terrible the service is, I can deal with them serving me cold food time and time again for the last 30 years of my life, and I dealt with the watered down coffee but I’ve had quite enough and feel like I’ve been robbed of a lot of money buying food here. This Google review comes packaged with an immediate email to corporate. Done being a “Karen” now.

The service sucks. Package the tea uncovered. Spills all the tea on all the donuts & no cheese sandwich missing . Service at 2 am is horrible . Door Dash is horrible ??? Serious .
