The ladies and the gentleman with the colored hair during the Night-time. Are always a pleasure to be around let alone talk to, something new everyday! Never boring they always brew the hot coffee fresh awesome, i don’t mind waiting the 3 minutes for my coffee, especially since it’s fresh and hot, sometimes we get a free donut! Always love it here at this place would definitely recommend coming here to all friends and family. Great people, Excellent service, and a nice environment. Never a bad experience with them. They deserve a raise.
Great location, great staff, great donuts. Nothing more to say!
This Dunkin use to be good but now every time I order, it seems like my drinks are watered down. Also they’re pretty often out of food (donuts/bagel twists) and my husband got a wrap that was lukewarm and he ended up feeling sick about an hour later. Ruled everything else out so either a coincidence or it was because of this. Pretty unfortunate as it’s the only Dunkin in the area.
Convenient store, good food, service lacks dedication to service, atmosphere, needs improvement
The assistant manager (Kelly) has a bad attitude. I ordered a medium toffee nut frozen coffee on the app and picked up from inside. When I saw it was missing the whipped cream (how it comes and is pictured in the app) I asked her if she could add it to the coffee. She looked at the sticker on the cup and said, that's not how it's made. I proceeded to pull up the app and show her and said oh, it shows it like this. She walked over to the register, tapped on the screen (as if to look up that specific coffee) and said it's not pictured that way on my side. I again asked if she could just put it on top (not too difficult of a task, seeing as it IS how its made). She told me she would have to charge me for it if she did. My boyfriend (who was standing there for the whole conversation) said he would pay for it to be on there, and she said she couldn't do it. Why even say that if it's not an option? I have NEVER had an experience like that there OR ANY Dunkin. I left there and went to Torrington South Main Dunkin (where I always have a good experience and have friendly faces greeting me) I explained to them what happened and they offered to remake it for me, they apologized and told me the assistant managers name from Litchfield, cause I was not aware of it due to the fact she (Kelly) was not wearing a name tag. I insisted they didn't have to remake it, just add the whipped cream, and they did WITHOUT hesitation. I gave them a tip, and thanked them. Side note~ I used to work at Dunkin. I know how it works and I know when a coffee is missing something or made wrong. The point here isn't about the whipped cream missing. It's the simple fact that this lady has a horrible attitude and even when shown she's wrong, she wasn't willing to fix the problem. Have a beautiful day 🙃
Mobile order on the go should not take over 10 minutes. Good luck if you are in a hurry!
I used to be a frequent customer at this location and the staff was always friendly to me, my food was always made in a timely manner and I was always met with a smile (:
Ordered a coffee w cold foam when it came out it had no cold foam and was half a way full when I said “excuse me I asked for cold foam” then the lady yelled “I’m busy” and another lady came over and and put whipped cream on top (when I had already paid for cold foam) and yelled at me “I don’t care I said I’m busy!”. I usually wouldn’t care but cold foam is super expensive and the manager was extremely rude 😢

Beautiful historic estate in pastoral setting. Several meadow trails cross the property. I have liked Golding trail going through some picturesque woods and along the pond. That said, âforestâ in a name is somewhat misleading since most of the tr

The ladies working here are Dutch! So fun to talk Dutch to someone again. Lovely ladies, bought a ton of Dutch goodies. Kroepoek, borrelbootjes, hagelslag, ketjap, drop, sambal, gevulde speculaas. Made my day!
Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful "town green" location. I started with a crock of chili, lots of ground beef and even more vegetables, topped with cheddar cheese and chives, served with the best cornbread ever. I then had two fried oyster tacos wi
Awesome spot! Coffee and cappuccino were both amazing, and the food was delicious! Very cute shop with nice outdoor seating and indoor seating offered in the back. Staff was very friendly and very quick - we only waited about 5 minutes. Highly recomm
Fettuccine Alfredo was cooked perfectly and the white cream sauce was top shelf... Broccoli Rabe, sausage and beans were equally delicious. Please note that the photos indicate about half of the portions served. Everything was so delicious I just c
First of all, our server, Dana, was wonderful. She asked the right questions and was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Having said that, the food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was cozy and charming. We had the oysters 2.0 (incredible)
Great little old school diner. Honestly i like the cash only thing, it reminds me of going out on saturday with my dad to a diner. Service was great and food came quick even with a packed full house. Will be going again!
