I just ate a spider… I’ve worked in the food business since I was 15 so I understood when she gave us the wrong order but then my sandwich had a spider in it and I didn’t know until I already took a bite and all that was left was a leg. This is completely unacceptable considering you can clearly see the spider when preparing the sandwich. I expect some forum of compensation since I had to literally pay to eat a spider.
I'm not much of a coffee drink or donut person but definitely this location makes the BEST coffee. Exactly how you ask for it. Eveything ordered tastes fresh. They're very friendly, clean atmosphere, and always have whats on the menu board, speedy drive through. Great place 👏🏽
First thing - they messed up with my whole mobile order, giving me something different than what I ordered by mobile app so I don’t understand how they can mess up? Can’t read or something?
Second thing - the donuts were so old that you can’t even take a single bite of it!!!
Conclusion - I spent almost $40 for some coffee and donuts and I have to throw it in the trash ending up going to the Starbucks for some quality coffee and donuts
Stay away or you throw your $ in the trash like me, lesson learned!
Today I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts to buy some muffins. My favorite are the coffee cake muffins, but they had around 5 different kinds of muffins on display, and I wasn't sure what all of them were. When it was my turn, I asked the employee to explain what the different muffins were. She didn't even come over to the part of the case where the muffins were; she just rattled off what kinds they had from where she stood, about 4 feet or so from the muffins. I couldn't hear her and when I told her that I couldn't hear her, SHE ROLLED HER EYES before repeating (just as rapidly) the different kinds of muffins. I instantly decided that I wasn't going to buy from someone so rude, so I just said "thank you" and took a step towards the door. She replied, "no problem." Really? No problem? Then why couldn't she tell me what the muffins were without the eye roll? They lost a sale, and probably a customer. There are other stores that sell muffins.
Small tight seating. Bake in the sun if you sit there too long. Drink was perfect. Sandwich was underwhelming. All the tables were dirty. All in all, a typical Dunkin’.
This is primarily a drive thru store, good idea, poor layout, traffic spills out onto 105th Street and backs up onto Rt41 south. Service is fast and focused on the drive thru service. Inside they will take an order over the counter but prefer you use the ordering kiosks. There are 3 -4 tables inside with 4 parking spots outside 1 is a handicap spot
Went through the drive through and got 3 coffees, 1 refresher, and donuts. The drinks, donuts, and service were great! The line went fast. The girl at the window was super friendly. Our puppy got her first pup cup!
Order screen shows products not available. So you prepay for a donut you want just to hear they don't have it. Money wasted.
Amazing European coffee place with great cappuccinos and espresso drinks. Prime location in Downtown Naples and very good breakfast/lunch menu. Fast and efficient service and their Nutella croissants are the to die for!
One of the most glamorous Starbucks locations I think Iâve ever been to. Beautiful street and the store was perfect.
Staff very friendly and attentive, recommended and made us some amazing ice drinks which were perfect for the weather.

I discovered this location about a month ago when looking for a spot to exercise. First and foremost, I'd like to thank my coach Zach who owns this place as-well. Let me now explain why I chose this location over others. I'm not someone who enjoys g
