Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Lebanon - 1255 US-22, USA

For starters, I ordered snackin bacon. This was a ball of bacon stuck together, and when I pulled one piece off, the rest of it was burnt. This is unacceptable for someone who spends their money at Dunkin’ Donuts about every day. and when you try to tell the employee they look at you like you’re dumb and want you to spend more money to redo something they messed up. This location will never have my service again its not the first time the customer service was horrible

Convenient! They got the order wrong, and forgot straws, but it's a Dunkin that's close and good haha

One of the best Dunkin's I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They know their regulars and start making their drinks as soon as the walk in the door. The one guy also sings for you too ☺️ we love coming here

Used the bathroom and it didn't have any TP when I asked the Exxon attendant about it he said management had brought them any and they had been borrowing napkins from Dunkin for people to use....ughhh not very great answer....and shows lack of care for employees and customers using the bathroom facilities...

This is the closest coffee shop to my house so I really gave them many chances but never again. I typically order a mocha latte, which has been my favorite Dunkin drink for years. This place makes it incorrectly 50 percent of the time. I typically don’t complain because I’ve already left before I’ve tasted it and do not have time to return. Sometimes I end up driving to another location to get a properly made drink. The latte tastes watered down or made with burnt coffee. It never tastes like this from other locations. Today they straight up gave me a hot chocolate and claimed it was a latte. Not sure they know how to make lattes at all.

Stopped at this Dunkin location at the Exxon. one restroom was out of order and the other had no tissue or soap. AND they were selling your donuts. Totally unsanitary.

No one working there said anything to me. When I went to order, the gentleman behind the counter looked at me expectingly. When I ordered, there was no communication whatsoever. I said “thank you” when I received my order, still nothing. Coffee was watery.

Delicious coffee and great service! I highly suggest on the go ordering to make your trip quick and easy. Everytime I have used it my order is ready for me as soon as I walk in. It is most definitely my go to place for a great caramel iced latte!
