When a customer asks for whipped cream and you give them none. I gave a 3 dollar tip with a 3 dollar coffee , and got to my office and no whipped cream. 2 times now same Dunkin, and went thru drive thru when it was not busy. Let's do better , please.
I was at dunkin' donuts road in morning time cash counter Pat was serving there were other 7 employees behind the counter arguing with each other. Two customers complained about their orders that were screwed up. I waited almost 10 minutes and then get waited on and guess what I order they didn’t pay attention and screwed up the order and above that being rude and with a attitude telling me that they can make another one as if they were doing a favor I paid for my order and it was a big order cashier was nice she mentioned clearly in order what’s need to be done.I hope Mr.Darlene Scott read this review and try to fix the the behavior of employees so that future customer do not face this problem

Ordered a caramel macchiato and got water that tasted like burned rubber. Take 3 minutes to go to the next location.
Ordered an egg wrap and it legit smelled and tasted like chlorine or some chemical. Took one bite and had to throw it out.

Ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich at 6 PM. These guys know how to put a sandwich together absolutely perfect. Ordered it with extra bacon, hot and toasted, superbly put together sandwich.

My husband and I have been coming here for 12 years. The staff is always pleasant, the food/drinks are both good and affordable. The turn over from entering the restaurant to getting your food is very quick, even when busy, but you never feel rushed.
