Dunkin' - Coffee shop in Stamford - 979 E Main St, USA

I come here four times a week and unfortunately my orders are wrong more times than they right it’s incredibly frustrating. Definitely a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff

Had an interview here with Shick.(GM) He suggested that I was on section 8 because I’m an Afro American living in Greenwich….. No diversity in store they only hire Hispanics. I’ve exceeded expectations for the job and wasn’t given it solely based on my appearance..

Good place fast service good coffee

Drinks were made well but I ordered my bagel lightly toasted and this is what I got.

I waited 45 minutes for a large iced coffee. This place is really gone downhill

Only 1 person working in the front with a long line of customers on a Sunday morning. It took more than 30 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. Please whoever is in charge, do your part and schedule an extra person during busy hours. The team was doing their best but it was hard for them to keep up.

this place is filling up with homeless people, with a very bad smell and one is eating

I ordered from Uber eats and I received a completely different order and I can’t get no type of refund for stuff I’m not even going to eat! Very unprofessional seems like they just put anything in the bag and didn’t care to double check if the order was wrong.
