From entrance to exit, the workers were very friendly. It was nice to come in to beat the heat and walk around to cool off and see some very nicely set up displays

Friendly staff, tiny bit expensive, but found everything I needed at one spot so not a bad deal either way

Only had 15 minutes before store closed. Went right in asked where the item was. Took me over, gave me a price. Was able to look a few different ones. Was out in about 10 minutes. Gave email address to now start receiving discounts.

Good selection. Large store. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Dunham’s does not sell short guns to out of state customers.

Ever who works in the gun department leaves and don't come back. I've been in there twice to buy bullet's and haven't got any yet. I won't be going back

Terrible customer service. As other reviewers have stated, most of the employees are very rude. They act like helping a customer is a real inconvenience for them. Most of the staff is not very knowledgeable about any of their merchandise. Especially true in the firearms department. So if you have a question, unless the one guy that kind of knows what he is talking about is there, then you are out of luck. But most importantly in my experience they use a very ambiguous return policy to deny returns on big ticket items. Be very aware of that before making an expensive purchase there. I wasted $500 on a faulty item there and they would not accept a return on it. I contacted their store manager, which did nothing. Then their corporate office, which also did nothing. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and they wouldn't even respond to the BBB. I hope this review helps prevent someone from going through the trouble I went through with this store.

Came to purchase a gun. We were told by the store manager not to purchase this gun today because the next Saturday it was going to be on sale for $100 less. He told us to call Friday to check and see if the guns got there early. We call and were told there is no sale and she doesn't know what we are talking about. After telling our story she contacts the store manager who them states he never said this and we were LYING!!! The assistant manager finally came through for us,she was great, and got us the last gun at the price he lied to us about!

They have a little of everything, customer service is great. If you are shopping for any sports, or even Tennis Shoes check them out. Highly recommend. Good prices on Levi's. I highly recommend
