Dunes by the ocean was not bad at all. decent rooms for decent prices. rooms aren’t bad nor cheap. enough to stay and get rest while crossing over to the beach that’s about 5 min walking distance. and the boardwalk is just 5 minutes driving. in the hotel they have a nice pool. they supply beverages in the office and beach chairs etc. not a bad spot for family and good for kids. very clean and they accommodate people well. will stay at this place again. thank you guys for a awesome experience

place would be okay if it wasn’t so expensive over the weekend and if they cleaned the floors! the floors of the room were DISGUSTING, they have genuinely never been cleaned. I wiped a spot on the floor with water just to see the difference (in photo). The TV sucks and the shower is tiny without an adjustable head so you have to just about hug the wall to get under it. I also asked them not to clean my room but they waited until we left and did anyway. There are no do not disturb signs. I understand maybe it’s easier to maintain the room but then tell me that and we can give you dirty towels and trash… location is decent but you have to drive a few minutes to get to shops, restaurants or the boardwalk (and then pay to park everywhere).

This hotel was disgusting and a complete rip off. The ONLY good feature was the beach is across the street. The place is completely outdated and gross. When we pulled in, we thought we were at the wrong place as it appears abandoned. The door to our room was filthy. The room had dead bugs on the ceiling, the sheets and towels need to be thrown out. The ac had mold in it. The bathroom shower was horrible, with half a glass shower door and a dollar tree plastic curtain for the other half. Never again! We booked two nights and left after 1 night as we couldn’t bear to sleep there a second night.

We booked last second, the staff was very courteous and family friendly. Rooms are very clean, the pool was amazing and well maintained. They allowed us to park both before and after our reservation which was greatly appreciated and very kind. Would def stay again.

For a motel this place is great. The staff is extremely kind (shoutout Linda), and the location is great. Short walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to get to the boardwalk!

My family and I stayed here for a week. Great room service . It had a full kitchen n alot of space for 6 people. We had a great time

Positive: The staff is lovely. Negative: It?s a bit noisy when kids are jumping around & shouting upstairs because their parents aren?t keeping them in check.

We booked the 1 bedroom apartment last minute for 2 adults; 3 teens; and 1 kid. It exceeded our expectations! It’s clean, totally redone; and has ample space. It’s located in a quiet spot as well. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well kept. ||We were also pleasantly surprised that the pull out sofa was actually more of a twin trundle bed! Which was super comfortable and allowed the two kids to have their own bed. ||Office staff was nice and helpful as well. Easy drive to boardwalk- you could walk but it’s about a mile.
