Duke's of Highland - Restaurant in Highland - 1200 S Milford Rd, USA

Me and my wife have been here a few times in the past. Always good food and service! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that the service was excellent. The hostess and the waitress were so kind and personable! Because of how great they were, I'd be happy trying a different meal another time... Onto food. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the pizza (which we got for the whole group). When it came to our table, it was straight up white with no browning on it, so it looked a bit underdone. This might just be our personal preference. Cheese was way too chewy. Maybe a cheese blend would do better than straight up mozzarella? It was hard to eat. Again, I'm happy to come back in and try another meal because the staff was so incredible.

A solid spot for American fair - lots of sandwiches and Salads to choose from. My favorite was the brussels sprouts salad. Super yum. Really flavorful and well made dishes.

Update: Since the co-owners left and they were the major part of this place (Adam and Christina), we will never go back. It is different and you can tell that the food quality is NOT the same. This is the place to go to for a great time, meet nice people and a lot of laughter! The food is very good and their bartender/co-owners Adam (who is the cook too) and Christina are the ones to ask for or to meet. I love their Coconut Chicken Salad with their Homemade Poppyseed Dressing!

We were shopping in Milford and asked some customers in the store (Blue Birch Outfitters) where they like to get pizza....a few places were mentioned. But, Dukes was a favorite of the majority! We called them tonight at 730 pm.... cringe, they close at 8 on Mondays. When I asked is is too late to order a pizza, I was met with a resounding, 'No way! What can I get for you?' That was awesome! Then Jennifer recommended the cheesy bread too! OH MY!! We picked it up 25 mins later and we are in love with the pizza and bread. Thank you, Jennifer for the excellent service! Great attitude - and recommendation. We will be back!

Good food, and service. Kinda plan atmosphere. Prices were good,servings sizes are average. Not bad for a out of the way location.

Duke's has a great atmosphere with nice waitstaff. The food is made fresh and is delicious, with a menu offering a wide variety. Their chicken tendies are the absolute best and the ranch is dank. They also have a nice beer selection. Mike the cook is awesome. Go Dukes!

I understand why they don't have someone to hostess alone. The wait staff seemed to be hostessing also. That's fine but they were busy and it seemed a bit difficult for them to do. Once we were seated, our waitress was great! Attentive but, not overly so. I am terrible for not getting her name but, she was nice and I commented on what looked like a rainbow display of pens across her apron. (Her pens are unique. You must know who I mean) Thank you for an evening of well cooked food at a fair price. I also had a Long Island that was very good, and as I said before our server was great! 👍😊
