The pork taco was crispy, fresh and delicious. It would taste better if it wasn't so salty. The coconut shrimp is delicious and deserves high marks. Hula Pie is a delicious ice cream pie, fantastic! Seafood Hot Pot is a bit like the green curry paella in Thai cuisine. The fish, shrimp and half crayfish inside are very fresh, and the taste when combined with coconut milk is quite special. If you like a lighter taste, you can try it. The fried fish is average, maybe the steak would be better.

This place is where you need to be if you’re at La Jolla. Food, service and the atmosphere are 10/10. I got the avocado toast and my husband got a burger. I wanted a latte or coffee with almond milk but the server was super nice. He suggested to go next door to get coffee while my food is getting ready. No one does that ever and I really appreciate it that. This is our second time there and it will be our spot. We also got a killer seats outside, they will work with you. Their drinks are amazing, we got the lemonade vodka, margarita slushy and mule.

Casual, good food, nice atmosphere with amazing waitstaff. You can’t go wrong here. If you are looking for a casual good time with good food and drinks this is your spot! If you like calamari I highly recommend theirs and also the hummus. My two favorite appetizers. Lots of good main course options also and don’t forget dessert - they typically have key lime pie also but it’s the Hola pie for me every time!

Amazing view, great spot to have a drink and meal. I enjoyed my cocktails, and the food was great as well. I encourage making reservations in advance, but if lucky you can grab a seat at the bar.

Duke's restaurant in La Jolla is a must-visit in San Diego. The combination of delectable food and breathtaking views makes it a standout spot. I highly recommend trying the Hula Pie for dessert – an absolute delight that will leave you thanking me later. Overall, a fantastic dining experience deserving of five stars.

If you visit La Jolla, this is a must to visit place. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was great. I had no complaints whatsoever👌 If you are visiting Cali and specifically SD, you probably guess that it's pricey. So, still it's a friendly warning that this is an expensive restaurant.

Amazing restaurant in LA Jolla. Great views of the ocean, great service, delicious poke tacos and pulled pork sandwich. Live Hawaiian music, all around great, will be back every chance we get.

We made a late lunch reservation and waited about 10 minutes for our table. We were seated on the patio overlooking the ocean which made paying $40 for parking somewhat worth it. The hostess could have been friendlier, but the rest of the staff were great. For lunch, I ordered fish and chips (fries). The vinegary batter wasn’t great. The fish was not only under seasoned, but was lost in the strong sour flavor of the batter. The side of fries were bland. My daughter had Duke’s classic burger and it was slightly undercooked. We also ordered their fish tacos and in this dish, the fish was well seasoned. The tortillas however, were dry and hard. Additionally, the salsa lacked flavor and heat. The one dish we all enjoyed was the dessert, Kimo’s original hula pie. All of the components went well together and it wasn’t overly sweet. It’s the one thing we would come back for. I ordered their mango old fashioned. Sadly, there was just a brief and faintest mango aftertaste. Disappointing. We paid approximately $160 (with tip). The view and ambiance were great, but the food wasn’t up to par.
