Duke's Doggs - Hot dog restaurant in Easley - 405 W Main St, USA

I will start off by saying they have excellent customer service here. I came in for lunch and they only had 30 minutes left before they were closing the guy that took my order said that I could still eat in . I got two hot dogs and mac and cheese with a tea. It was $9.50. There was nothing special about the bun the hot dog itself was pretty good and the Chili was amazing. Probably some of the best. The tea was over powering and not sweet enough for me but not a deal breaker. Overall great place to eat at.the mac was good too.

Home-cooked food with a friendly owner and staff. Chuck gave me samples of his breakfast (grits), they were very good. I will be back!

The part that set it off for me is when the owner was screaming racial slurs. They barely had any food options, I was given a plate that had been re-heated in the microwave and half of it was cold. All the tables were dirty, and the owner was screaming and cursing the whole entire time I was in there. “Duke’s on Main” is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten in. Sweet tea was the only thing I have good to say about this place.

The food was amazing!! I had the country style steak and gravy. My son has the chicken tenders. The meat was fresh and hot. The sides tasted close to grandmas. But what really sets the restaurant apart was the hospitality. From the moment we walked in the door all the was to when we walked out the man was polite, cutting up with my son and just so kind. If I could give 100 stars i would. Thank you dukes doggs

This placed is closed! Tried going there for lunch today before my jury summons. There is a "Farmhouse Diner" sign where the "Duke's Dogs" sign used to be! Super bummed. 😕 EDIT: Apparently the owner sold that location to "Farmhouse Diner" and is moving to where the "Taco Taco" restaurant used to be. We'll see!

The grits had what taste like to me cheddar cheese and sausage. We didn't care for them. The gravy was on the sweet side. They need just buttered grits. My scrambled egg and toast and coffee were just right. Very very nice people.

It's seems to be family owned business which is very nice. I decided to stop by while my family member got their her hair done. I got their cheeseburger with a fountain drink. It took about 10 minutes till I got my food which isn't bad. I went by to the care and the burger the patty is pretty good size. Not to small, almost the size of a patty I would make home. The tomato is huge though, they cut it super thick. They gave two pieces of lettuce that where clean and fresh. When I started to eat the burger I had to take the tomato off because it was just to big. Also the patty itself was slightly uncooked with places of pink and wasn't very flavorful. The staff were friendly, the lady in the kitchen kept giving me a unkind look. The father and son were nice to me while I was waiting for my food. The customers on the other hand just kept staring at me till the the father and son started as them if they needed anything and started to talk to them about their day. I paid little over eight dollars for my two items which seems a little high to me but it's fine. I am most likely not coming back to this place anytime soon. I'm just going to stick to places where I feel more welcomed.

Best breakfast and hot dogs in town! You must try it! My daughter loves it so much that she made a picture for them!
