Duffy's Sports Grill - American restaurant in North Palm Beach - 11588 US-1, USA

My colleagues and I had a team dinner here and, like other comments have mentioned, was one of the most unfavorable food service experiences I've had in a long time. Food + Service: On this particular evening, the service was incredibly slow, food and drink orders were taken very late after our arrival, and the food was not high quality. Much of the meat was undercooked and the food came out cold. Also, our waters were rarely filled and our normal drink orders took a long time to arrive. There was no hustle or order in the way that our table was handled. Atmosphere: We had a private room which was nice but none of the TVs were on and there wasn't even musics to add to the atmosphere. Redeeming aspects: 1) Good beer and wine selection 🍷 2) Shamrock pie was really good ☘️ I also learned that some servers were sent home early because the rest of the restaurant was slow. Instead of sending them home, they could have considered assigning them to our group to deliver a better service experience since we had 20+ people and then let them go home—chances our, if this happened, our experience would have been better and we'd be writing a very positive review.

Went there before MNF game because a friend was visiting and this was his favorite place when he lived in Palm Beach Gardens. This visit made it to my top 10 worst experiences. We ordered an appetizer and 2 ribs along with 2 bottles of beer. We were told it was happy hour and we would get a second beer with the price of one. First thing arrived on the table took 20 minutes and it was our entree. No appetizer or no beer yet! Few minutes later we get our beer. As soon as beer arrived I asked for my second beer. Than comes the miserable looking barely warm potato skins. Looked like a 3 year old plated it. After 10 minutes of no second beer, I walked up to the bar and bought 2 beers,because our server was nowhere to be found. Soon after manager came by and he said he heard there was a problem. I explained him what was going on , he pretty mush told me he would take things of our check to make us happy. I declined the offer of giving me discount to make us happy because at this point only thing that would have made me happy to at least get good service on my last 10 minutes in that restaurant, but that did not happy. I am a 30 year veteran of service industry and never seen lack of service and management at this level in my life. Will not be back to any Duffy's again.

Good wings good beer good games. Returned yesterday, the review above was from 5 years ago. The food yesterday, classic cheeseburger sliders (rare) with onion rings for me and island fish tacos for my wife were cooked perfectly with awesome flavor. The 2 for 1 drinks are reasonably priced and the staff, especially our server Joe P are great... helpful and friendly. We come here every time we are in town. Back in town, back at Duffy's.... classic cheeseburger and fries were delicious...along with a yuengling.

Ally made our entire experience so very enjoyable! She is a true representation of what 5 star service looks like! Her associate Sergio was also incredibly attentive and friendly! As a former server for more than half of my life, it was a joy to watch them work so well together! They are such a solid team!!

Visited the Duffy's Sports Grill at 6th of january, and had the best baby back ribs ever!!! The place was very big , vlean and the stuff wiiling to help. the servis was good and fast even though we went on a day tha many people were sick and there was luck of employes! I sure recomend the place and I wich Ill be able to visit the place again some time soon !!

This is the nicest and largest Duffy's we've been to! Our server Michelle was amazing! She made great recommendations for drinks and food. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Her service is excellent! We were told by another Duffy's that was on a long wait to go to this location, and I'm so glad we did! I never knew this place existed. There is a large bar with many tables in the back room and there is an upstairs in the back room as well. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. This may be our new favorite Duffy's location in North Palm Beach!!

Duffy’s is our go to spot for a quick dinner or a football game day. They have amazing food and great deals on drinks. Martha is one of the best bartenders we have ever had. She is always so friendly and has very great professional service. I highly recommend this Duffy’s location and highly recommend having Martha as your bartender.

Food was good. Our waitress didn’t show up right away but another girl stood in for her. Emma was excellent and stepped right in. She was as awesome gave excellent service and as busy as they were gave service with a great smile.
