This place is great! The people who work here obviously really care about making a quality product and making the donuts really delicious. The lady was working behind the counter was really helpful and fun to talk with! All of the donuts are covered with lots of delicious toppings. Especially the bacon one. Delicious.

I come here often Joy is the main one who takes my orders. she's really sweet, she's fast and her food is super yummy. she always has good music playing which is a double win

Wow!!! Joy is the sweetest she is the manager!! Donuts are phenomenal!!! Hands down THE BEST DONUTS I'VE EVER HAD!! JOY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING .... DEFINITELY COMING TO THIS location!!

Made to order donuts? Vegan options? What's not to like? Well, the donuts were OK, very sweet and not particularly soft. My daughters could not finish two of them, which is good, since you have to buy a half dozen to get the vegan ones made. All in I recommend this place for it's convenience and friendly service. If you like sweet, not-particularly soft donuts this place is a winner. I will be returning.

Seen this on Social Media, decided to give it a try, my recommendation is do not waste your money, unless you want to overpay for a sugar bomb, the pictures look better than their taste. The regular price for a dozen is almost 30 dollars. In reality some of the mom and pops shops have better tasting donuts.

This place is amazing for donuts. Always visited Duck Donuts in New Jersey and now here in California! Great taste and Joy, the manager, is so incredible! Will be going back frequently to treat the leadership at my work! They love the donuts too!

I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review! This company could be making so much more money with better procedures. Specifics: We were there on Thursday evening. There was one guy working (as fast as he could). However, this concept is very labor intensive. The one employee had to: 1. make donuts 2. Make shakes 3. Serve ice cream 4. Refill containers when needed 5. Take orders and payment. All of this takes time. We wanted to have some ice cream. The guy was very busy making a shake, and had no time to acknowledge us or take an order. We waited about 5 minutes and left (he had other tasks to do for customers who had already placed orders). We also saw a couple of other people leave without ordering as well. Another problem: the ice cream containers were not labeled, that alone discouraged us, along with the 3 containers that were practically empty. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT THIS EMPLOYEE!! It was whoever thought this concept would work with only 1 person on duty. This concept needs at least 2 people on duty and better yet, 3. However about the owner and 2 employees??
