I was picking up a vehicle for shipment and the security guard Alejandro always gave me great service but ever since he stopped working there, it's no longer the same.

Don't even bother with this company, pay rate is the lowest of all the companies. Managers aren't reliable and responsive. Especially Gemma, she's a scammer from another company "All saints protection group" . Sites have no water or protection against the environment, some sites have no restrooms. Run away, any other company is better. Also if you're looking to hire this company for your business, just be aware they don't drug test their guards.

Drove an hour to get here and stay here for like 3 something hours of training the job site given to me was close to home so I took it just be warned when applying here I was loyal to this company for almost a year till they replace me with someone else who is super lazy and doesn’t do his job long story short and they randomly gave him a supervisor position only because he was a so called “correction officer” which was a lie and they promise you bonuses and they still owe me $500 and yet they have been super unresponsive and unreliable till this day. The whole company is a mess scheduling is a mess and etc they will remove you from your schedule just to add someone else while you end up jobless on the side and they do not care about that when it comes to you

I drove a whole hour there and back for a orientation and did all the training to be a driver for a 40 hour position. I had to wait a full week to finally be called, just to be told that the driving job is only 2 days and sometimes 3 days only if they take it away from another guard. So just a waste of gas money all together.

I only work for 2 days at this company but from what I got they really do not care about where their employees use the restroom plus covid-19 is a big effect in the world right now and to be having to use the restroom in a porti podi was not okay....

I only worked for this company for a few days I got sick with Covid and one of the mangers called to let me know that they were gonna have to let me go due to my attendance. They don’t communicate well you don’t know who’s the mangers are they never come to the post

The worst company I ever worked for they pay you pennies for a federal government job

I left during hiring process I highly don’t recommend DSI security ,I wouldn’t use them to protect my property or even work for them .
